Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free car-park. Everything spotless, bed v comfortable. Only downside is the room was next to the kitchen and the sound of pots and pans woke us up early! But that didn't put us off as everthing else was perfect! 10-15 minute walk into the shopping area etc, bus stop outside the door that will take you there in 5mins. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They upgraded our room and left a box of chocolates and a note saying Happy Birthday! Everthing was perfect. It was a 15 minute walk into the main Shops, restaurant etc, there was a regular bus service just outside the door that you cpuld take if you preferred not to walk. I coukd not fault this place at all. Thank you.

Very nice location, close enough to walk to city center but in a quieter area of Dublin. Bus line right outside so you can use it easily if you choose. A couple of nice restaurants a block or so away, wish we had explored the neighborhood more. Staff was very nice and when we arrived in the morning they worked to get our room ready quickly so we could rest after night flight from the US. Would stay there again, great value for a visit to Dublin.

While the room was very small, it was impeccably clean. It was in a very safe and welcoming neighbourhood and was relatively easy to find.

A nice hotel, a delicious and rich breakfast, clean and airy small room. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, willing to help with all inquiries. The only failure is a fixed shower in the bathroom. The location is great as there is only 20 minutes to Grafton Street. Also, in front of the hotel is the Aircoach station - bus line 700 which directly connects the accommodation with the airport. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city centre by foot or wider area by local buses.

    Fabulous

The arrangement of the basement room was a little awkward but adequate. The blackout curtains should be larger. There was a lot of light from the hallway so the room never got dark for sleeping. The noise from preparing breakfast could be a problem if you want to sleep in. The staff were as good as they could be. The hotel is in a convenient location both to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood is peaceful.

The b&b is nice enough but a bit dated. The room we stayed in indeed had no windows, something to consider if you really like having a view. It was right next to the kitchen so if you’re a light sleeper then you might be woken up early with the kitchen making breakfast, or by other people walking by to their rooms. The walls are very thin. It’s not right in the city centre but close enough to walk or an easy bus ride. It’s on the bus lines from the airport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Long walks to most locations. Not many places to eat very close. Air coach was right next to the location, that was handy.

room 106 a fire trap, more of a dungeon than a room. no natural light, a window onto the hallway, doors to nowhere sealed off , if your claustrophobic you will go nuts, if your not claustrophobic you will be after you stay here, 100 Euro, rip off Ireland is alive and well !!!!
