Staff are laid back and super helpful. The place is clean and felt it was a very safe environment. There is a 7-11 two blocks north and a Walmart with an ATM four blocks east. I would recommend and will return.

Perfect if you need a place to crash after crossing the border late. Good lockers. Bring a lock. Warm shower. Cooking facilities. Nice beach walk in the morning apart from the crazy border wall.

We stayed in both the private room and the dorm room. It was a good hostel as hostels go. I have traveled a lot so I know. There was nothing particularly extraordinary about it but also there nothing bad. The staff are friendly, and it’s clean. Decent location, and felt secure. Good price for the money. Just one note, that Private room bed is only really big enough for one person. I wouldn’t advise a couple try to use it.

Super chill during off season. There were 2 other people in the shared room and that's all we saw the whole time we were there. The wifi was a little spotty.

    Very Good

Nice private room, good WiFi & kitchen facilities. $6 Uber to the main bar/ restaurant strip. although beach location was nice & there is a mini prominard with bars. Seemed to be a lot of long stayers & was more of a crossfit gym, but not really an issue. Would recommend, def one of the nicer Hostels in Tijuana.

I was looking forward to staying here after reading positive reviews. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately the facility is cold, dark (poorly lit), and run down. Had a private room that was quite basic. There are no heat registers. It was warmer outside than in the hostel. The hostels solution is providing a second blanket. That did not help. Another couple from Australia were wearing winter apparel to stay warm. Nobody I spoke to staying there seemed to happy with the accommodations.

Female traveler beware. The part owner/trainer while drunk got into my bed with oil and tried to give me a massage despite me being very uninterested. I eventually had to be very firm as it was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Left the next day. Hostel is okay if you're a male who is interested in training with them. Other staff were also talking about sleeping with underage girls. The hostel is okay but after this I recommend going to another hostel instead as it's much nicer and safe
