Lovely place for a pit stop on our drive through Italy, stayed here and drove into La Spezia to train through the gorgeous Cinque Terre. Location for the B&B was quiet and facilities were comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of hiking.

Our stay was wonderful, and comfortable... the staff was nice to work with, La Pergola is nicely located with a bus stop on the main street 2 min walk away, and a grocery store only a 10 min walk away, and the center of La Spezia is only about a 25 min on the bus. The room was lovely, very spacious, we had a private balcony and our own kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware and even coffee, tea, packaged toast, and little packaged cakes!

This place is a little more challenging to get to than others, but it's worth it for the quiet environment. It's in a cute semi-rural area, that's close to a bus stop and a big grocery store. There are few sidewalks in the village so you have to walk on the road to the biggest grocery store. We stayed in one of the apartment units so I had a full kitchen at our disposal which was great. The patio was nice too, until someone dumped water on is from above. I would stay here again though.

Is very far out from La Spezia, it is easily accessible by the bus from La Spezia but can take up to half an hour to 40 minutes. Bus tickets where €2.50 euro each ride and only run at certain times especially later in the evening. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, clean and reasonable size, I had a balcony with my room which was really nice lovely in the evening and mornings for breakfast. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk into the nearest town but not much else food wise.

The staff were kind to help us with getting around the city. We spent most of our time touring the 5 cities. The place is a bit far from everything but it is one bus ride away which was really nice! It's kinda in the middle of no where but we liked that we experienced a little bit of the local life.

For my wants the location was too far out of the main city centre, however it was a gorgeous area and had amazing views, sunsets and sunrises, room was awesome, bathroom clean as was entire place. Said bed and breakfast but when arrived was told breakfast wasnt included in price something to be mindful of, also staff didnt seem all that enthuastic - i did arrive late due to transport issues. Was a very quiet place so great to relax and chill, but would make things easier if you had your own car

The people who own this B&B are lovely and gave great recommendations on where to go. However the B&B is quite a while out of La Spezia which we didn't realise when we booked it.

We were with a car, and in our case the location was acceptable. The floor, especially in the bathroom, could have been cleaner. Also,it was very cold in the room, we arrived in the evening and the owner opened heating when we arrived, it didn't get warmer whole night. We wanted to leave it on tomorrow during the day to get the room a bit more warm, but when we came back in the evening, it was off again, and again we freezed.
