Had the perfect stay at lower penderleath, was in such a beautiful setting which was an easy walk into town. Russel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting round the fire at night with everyone. Thanks for an amazing stay Russell, love from your 3 Kent girls! Can’t wait to return to beautiful st Ives and will definitely be staying here.

Great kitchen, very useful and economical to do self catering, which is hard to get anywhere else in Cornwall at £50 a night. Comfortable matrasses, however, had to bring our own bedding. First impression was not great but as we settled in we found it very comfortable and homely despite the painted breeze blocks. Tiny lanes but an easy drive to Penzance to find supermarkets and an easy drive the other way to St Ives for fun at the beach such as surfing.

    Fabulous

It was quieter than usual due to covid restriction so we didn't see it at it's best. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of space and lots of bathrooms - i think we had one to ourselves. We were in an ideal location to drive down into St Ives in less than 15 mins as we were surfing so got up early and out on the waves. Basic, but had everything you need for the price. Showers were good enough, had places to dry your swim stuff.

A great option for accomodation to explore St Ives. The farm is quite isolated but it gives you the real Cornish village vibes.

Good hostel, very basic but that’s made clear at the start. Location is out of st ives but less than£10 in a taxi each way, all in all had a great stay and will likely stay again!

Poor value for money, location not great unless you have a car. Rooms are less than basic, a smell of toxic air and damp throughout the hostel. Russ is a lovely guy but that can't redeem the hostel.

Should not Run a Hostel or Anything to do with the public!! Left a fire Alarm OFF LINE and A FAULT Ringing All night Long and Left the Property and went home!!!!!! In a building with 6 Teenagers & 2 Adults!!. We couldn’t reach him as there’s No Signal or WI-Fi! Nobody slept for 12 Hours, Not to mention the immoral nature or the Issue!!. Lock down has been tough for some people and he just destroyed my Mental health. After we left early that morning & i Emailed him. He didn’t even Apologise.
