Very happy with our stay at Meininger Town Hall. Perfect in all ways. The room was cozy, comfortable and intuitively designed for a family of 4; punctually cleaned, and the hotel vibe is cool and zippy! The location is a short walk from Kalvin Ter and Fovam Ter, very near to the Shopping district, a stone's throw from the Danube and all the great sights of the city. Very safe city. Good bfast, helpful staff. Lime Station.

Absolutely perfect hostel. Great central location. Lovely bar. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning everywhere. All areas very clean at all times. Usb sockets throughout the place, allowing easy charging of devices. A really nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Meininger again.

Very chilled vibe in a calming location close to the river. Excellent spot to walk from to the liberty statue. Would stay again.

This is basically a hotel with shared rooms, the facilities are excellent, the share kitchen was amazing. But it lacks a social atmosphere, so it’s not ideal for solo travellers.

Good location. More of a hotel/fancy hostel vibe but was still able to meet some cool people in my room. Free towels, and the cleaners came everyday to clean the bathroom/shower which was nice. The kitchen is nice but can get pretty crowded depending on the day. The coworking space is really great most of the time - lots of desk space and outlets. WiFi was strong and I was able to take work video calls without any issues.

The location is amazing! Next to the metro/tram/bus station, market, Gellert thermal pools. It's easy to go everywhere from the Hotel. Breakfast is around 8€ but it's totally worth it, plenty of options for food and drinks. The room has air conditioning, nice beds, and a comfortable bathroom. Only little complaint is the locker corridor. It's quite narrow, so it's annoying to get to your when many people is doing the same at the same time

Great place, great rooms and very nice staff. Might be a little far from the ''center'' if you dislike walking a little but I absolutely loved the location. We had an issue with our roommate which was addressed right away by the staff. They kept all the rooms very clean which is not what every ''hostel'' does from my traveling experience. Breakfast was great for the price too and the bar offered decently priced food and drinks. Finally, their working facilities were decent.

everything was great, very clean and central to good locations/transportation, wonderful amenities (although washer/dryer was out of service, there is a decently affordable laundromat a few blocks over). however i did not have any roommates in my 6 person dorm for 3 of the nights i was there, so if you’re looking for community, maybe look elsewhere

This felt more like a hotel then a hostel so if you prefer hotels this is a good place. I like places with a cute vibe and a more homey feel which this place does not have. We were in a room with 4 beds, stuck with two very messy boys but thankfully we were only there for one night.

Shouldn’t be on Hostelworld. Effectively a Hotel, with families and kids running around like it’s a play park. Location was poor, with at least a 20 minute walk to any major landmark that you’d want to visit. Staff were average, didn’t have a clue about the laundry system and were often very blunt. There is no atmosphere, as a solo traveller I ended up going to another hostel in the evenings for a better chance to meet people!
