Great location, didn't have to put my own sheets on which was nice. Paid for breakfast which runs until 11 but alot of it was gone when I got there at 930, no scrambled eggs or toast. would stay again.

Really nice hostel with great facilities. The showers were good and beds were comfy. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked like a great range that would be worth paying for. Only downside is that it wasn’t social this time of year.

Clean, well-priced and good location. Beds comfortable showers hot & good water pressure. Got given the third floor (no lift) and after arriving past midnight, the last thing I could do was carry a huge bag up 100+ stairs. A heads up would of been good. Assured by reception ‘food wouldn’t be a problem’ at that time, but the kitchen only opened at 3pm the next day. No restaurants open & no vending machines. Luckily I had a delivery number, but I barely had the money. Need better info.

Room size is good. Doesn't have lift and stairs aren't sturdy. Lockers are very small. Won't fit your luggage. Staff isn't very warm. Zero atmosphere for solo travellers. Decent location but not a very good experience.

The smell of room was horrible, but maybe was bad luck because of the other person who in my dorm room. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

I arrived late but the staff were gracious to contact me on the phone and give me all the details I need to pay and get in. The big problem with this place was that the kitchen is closed at night (possibly just because of COVID-19), so I couldn't even get any drinking water. There weren't any communal areas either.

The beds were insanely loud which made it hard to sleep and the showers on my floor never really got hot. The worst part of my stay came at the end, when Cristina, the very rude lady at the front desk refused to give me my 5 euro towel deposit back despite me returning their towel, because I had lost the tiny blue token they had given me at check in. You don’t need a token for this. The towel is the token. You are just trying to rip people off. This is why you have bad reviews.
