I had such a lovely stay at Madama. The inclusion of complementary breakfast and dinner made getting meals sorted a whole lot easier, and the variety of food options were amazing! The atmosphere each night at the bar was fantastic, with great drinks and live music. I would definitely be back.

I think the one thing that I couldn't get past was them putting me in a room with only 1 other person. They could've managed how many people go into a room a LOT better. Mostly locals at the bar but it was a good place. It definitely serviced its purpose. But for solo travel, I think you should maybe visit another hostel. The second day I did get to meet cool people but I kinda felt robbed of a day. The AC works but at night. It was just an Italian meetup place that so happens to be a hostel.

We had a lovely stay in this hostel. They provided amazing attention to detail for us. We shared a private room and got breakfast and dinner included which was fantastic. The only thing I had was it was a 5 minute walk to the metro and then another 20 minute ride to get to the centre. Not too bad but I think I would prefer to stay more central next time.

The hostel is a great environment! They offer a complimentary breakfast and have an awesome happy hour. I enjoyed seeing manny locals enjoying the bistro. The biggest downfall for me was the location. I enjoy walking and for this hostel you defiantly have to take the metro to get to places.

I had a hellish experience here, although not the fault of the staff nor hostel. A group of 5 occupied the same 6 person room as me and just completely disrespected my presence. I’m fairly sure they stole a charger from me, would come in at 7 AM and turn on the lights while speaking at full volume, etc. I asked the staff if I could change rooms and, although apologetic, they didn’t do anything for me. Most of the people in common areas seemed Italian and I felt isolated as an English speaker.
