Peaceful place to stay. Full wooden room and worth the money. It's located just close to mangrove forest and river. It gives you feeling of living in a jungle tree house. Big lizards and mosquitoes are biggest turn offs. And they have only 2 common sharing toilet/bath for more than 5 rooms i think. For 7 dollars , i got a big room and it's worth for 7 dollars.

Stayed in a two bed bungalow (one inside and one outside). Outside bed was actually quiet lovely. Fresh air, by the river, awoke to the sunrise. Inside room was definitely more stuffy. Not bad place to stay if you need to stop in Sihanoukville. Nice open area for meals and friendly staff. Do not recommend Sihanoukville as a stop unless you are passing through. Tons of construction, mud, trucks, garbage. Not hostels fault though.

A lovely hostel with great staff - I stayed in a shared room but we each had our own partitioned area which was nice and a personal fan. No lock to our dorm room but we had lockable wardrobes each. It’s just a shame About the redevelopment in the town that made the walk to the beach unpleasant and most of the beach bars have closed. I feel this hostel is the last oasis! Bar closed at 10pm each night.

Not a bad place, lots of construction and trash all about it, didn’t feel unsafe , little messy for bedrooms and had a sh!t ton of mosquitoes hence it’s on a mangrove. Good for a night if you’re waiting on the ferry to the islands.

Nice place to stay. But 20 mins from the beach. Water/power shortages happening often bear that in mind.

Our "bungalow" was alright, a bit dirty but fine. Don't keep food in there or it will attract rodent. Also I hope you're not afraid of frogs cause they're everywhere. The bathroom are share and one of them missed the sink for some reason, also it kept getting clogged every time someone showered so we had to walk trough a big puddle when going to the toilet. If you're only staying one night to take the boat to an island, this is SUPER far from any piers and tuk-tuk drivers will try to rip you off

The staff were okay, to be honest we just hate Sihanoukville, the hostel was miles away from the bus drop off point and we ripped off by a tuk tuk. Although the private bungalow was cheap the fans didn’t do a great job at keeping us cool.

Very damp and run down rooms. Our door would not close properly or lock so we had to get someone to come and help (was hard as no one was on the desk). They eventually fixed it by wedging some paper in between the lock- not the most secure. Not good value compared to lots of other hostels we have stayed at.

Key to door straight up didn’t work, had to leave the back door unlocked to enter and exit. For a double bed we were given a thin single sized blanket, meaning we either freeze with the aircon on (it had two settings off or 18 degrees) or boil in the summer with no air con. We slept about two hours that night. We were staying in hostels all of Asia July 2019 happily until this one. Also left this place with bites we assume were bed bugs.
