General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

No deposit refund on the booking deposit or booking fee 2 weeks prior to arrival. After two weeks, no shows or reduction in numbers is non

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

The studio apartments sleep up to three guests making it a great place for groups of friends to stay. The studios are modern with en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and either a balcony or terrace.

As well as all the bars and Clubs that are just 5 min walk away in Laganas itself, the Hotel has a pool bar that's open 24-hours a day. Guests can relax with a drink by the pool during the day or have a few drinks at the bar in the evening before hitting the Laganas bars and Clubs. The pool bar also has a big screen T.V and a pool table to keep guests entertained.

The hotel's pool is a great place to relax during the day on the sun loungers that surround the pool. Snacks can be bought from the bar and the studios are all self-catering and equipped with kitchenettes. If you'd rather eat out, there are numerous restraunts and taverns to choose from in the centre of Laganas.

    Don't stay here unless your English, between the ages of 18-21 and want to get disgusting / "mortal" everyday. Don't get me wrong I like to party and have a good time but this accomodation is targeted for a specific group of people, which just wasn't for me. We stayed for one night before changing accomodation (even though we had to pay for our room when we checked in, we were happy to lose that money). Don't stay in laganas, it doesn't give a good representation of what the island is like.

    Don't stay here! The guy on the bar is so rude and arrogant, also doesn't care about reviews! Knows nothing about the area or things to do, no help at all. We were told air con was a extra 7 euro on our first night at check in, when we proceeded the next day to purchase it he said it would be 10 euro because we weren't staying 7 nights which we never where. The fans are not working in the rooms. Wish we spent the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

    The Australian guy (the owner I presume?) has an awful temper and should rethink his choice to work in customer service. I initially had thought that his impatience was due to my late phone call and check in, but upon arrival and seeing his interactions with other guests I realised that it was his bad nature. On top of his appalling service, everything that the hotel offers is actually an extra that needs to be paid for, most annoyingly the air conditioning (in the middle of summer!).

    Do yourselves a favor and never stay here. They have this habit of charging people extra for whatsoever stuff they want - I paid 65euro for something I never touched. Also nothing for free - no free wifi, no A/C, no TV, and 90% of the time there was no hot water in my room. Worst stay ever!

    Yeah don't come here. Cheap rate but they charge for everything. SO SLIMY. That's the vibe I got from them. I asked about possible cancelation because I didn't like the beach area this was in and the rest of the time at the hotel the staff gave me rude expressions. Not a way to treat a customer.

    We couldnt use the wifi at all until we had "checked in" and waited a very long time to be served. Fans, safety deposit boxes and air conditioners weren't included and came at an extra 20 euro. We couldn't use the wifi unless we brought a drink from the bar and it was only in one area with a very small range. Weren't given fresh towels when our room was cleaned. No drinking permitted in the rooms. Staff weren't friendly or helpful and treated customers very poorly.
