Was here during Eid in July. Had an amazing stay. A bit hard to find but locals will help you if you need. Hosts are so lovely and invited me to join the first day of Eid festivities with the family. Unforgettable experience and time in Casablanca. Thank you!

It’s a small hostel and the price is best compared to others in the same city. Only the atmosphere was not cool. But it’s near the center and you have lots of stuff around you

The family that run the hostel are so lovely! We stayed with them during Eid and they really included us in the festivities and even shared food with us. It is a little hard to find as the name on the outside of the building is actually guesthouse. However it is so nice to be able to spend time with a Moroccan family and they even put us in a nicer room for no extra charge. Also Cappuccino is the cutest cat ever. Really lovely stay!

The place was nice but it had your grandma’s home vibe. So it had less freedom and privacy. Also the old lady was very hospitable. I booked for one night and when I got there I said maybe I extend my staying for three nights. She was expecting me to stay more but when I told her I am leaving to Marakesh the next day, she was not happy and didn’t respond to my “thank you” and “goodbye” words in Arabic when I was leaving the hostel. So apparently they are very nice so long as you stay there not for a short pe

The vibe is like spending a night or two at moms house. It seems like a moroccan home. The woman who runs it is very nice and accommodating. There is a separate area for the hostel's guests to hang out, but the family also lives in the building. I was able to check out late and store my bags for a while.

If you’re a female traveller I wouldn’t advise you to stay here. The old town isn’t great for women. The hostel was very hard to find but the staff did come pick us up once we called them. The rooms locked which was great but there also wasn’t toilet paper the whole time. I was in a group and we still felt uncomfortable in the area.

It was an ok hostel. Not anything special, and the atmosphere was not the best. It was more like someone's house. It did the job though, we only stayed one night so for a bed, toilet facilities and security it was ok. It is in the old Medina so you are surrounded by locals mostly so that is a good aspect of the hostel's location, you really get an insight into life in Casablanca. The breakfast included was also very tasty.

Admittedly, there are few options in Casablanca for hostels. This is where we stayed, and these are the reasons why you shouldn't: The small rooms given, had a very good ability of storing heat. There were no fans or air con. There was a place that a curtain should go, but no curtain. There was no lamp shade. The bed sheets were certainly not changed between guests. The shower room was almost constantly in use, but when we could use it, there was no hot water and no shower head holder. Avoid.
