Excellent location, clean room and friendly staff! The operators of the hostel were super helpful in suggesting the key spots of the local national parks to ensure that we saw the best that the Northern Territory has to offer on our trip to Darwin. Would highly recommend a stay at this hostel!

Best hostel in Darwin (although not a lot to choose from), great facilities, great party life, but a little loud - to be expected though :)

This is a party hostel with its own bar so its pretty lively every night of the week. Good to meet people. Central location in Darwin strip. The kitchen is always busy and they cant keep it clean. Rooms are great size and have big secure lockers and they have security on at night and 24hour reception which is great for late night arrivals. Nice pool area. The room had one working socket for 6 people : / FYI deposits needed for EVERYTHING and key card system didnt work half the time.

Great location and atmosphere. The reason we left the hostel was the kitchen. The stoves were nearly all broken and the ones that worked were awful so it took a long time to cook a basic meal. We ate out every day because the kitchen was so bad and spent a lot more money than needed.

The hostel was fine for a few days. Facilities in the bathrooms were good, but the dorms need a bit of work. Only one power socket in a dorm with 6 beds is pretty shoddy. Air conditioning was noisy and not good. The kitchen would benefit from better air conditioning. Darwin is a hot and humid place and there was only a small room to eat food in an air conditioned place.

    Very Good

Constant party scene, lots of drinking and the all day happy hours encourage that. Staff run games in the evening at the bar. A weird mix of travellers and people living there. Glad I stayed in the all female floor. Huge hostel with many guests and visitors coming and going. Felt more like Magaluf than Australia.

Overall the hostel was cool, there is a nice pool and clean bathrooms and kitchen. If you like a party hostel, it’s perfect. What made us leave was actually the kitchen. The kitchen appliances weren’t working as they should, the kitchen equipment could use an update and especially the stoves barely work. However with some adjustments it could work!

Kitchen in a very bad condition, dirtiest and worst equipped I’ve ever seen in a hostel. Stoves doesn’t work properly and some are broken. Bad smelling pool water. Room and showers are clean.

Grotty kitchen and bathrooms. Dorms just about ok but very basic. Plus side were decent big sized lockers and cheap ish drinks at the bar as you couldn't drink your own booze there.
