I'd a great time here. The staff catered to my needs and were very pleasant. It's in a great location with cafes and restaurants nearby. It's also a good hostel for meeting other travelers. It's going to be my go-to hostel every time I visit Krakow.

From the minute I got to this hostel I felt at home and thats why i extended my stay Inc free breakfast and free dinner every night for everyone to sit down and share before the nightly pub crawl which is a must. Great location in the old Jewish quarter with plenty of great restaurants and quirky bars and only 3 stops on the tram to the main square of Krakow. If your looking for somewhere to stay in the city I highly recommend momo one. Thank you to Alan,Josh,Mustafa and the rest of the team.

I was the only one staying here due to the Covid travel restrictions but the staff was very nice and happy to recommend places. The showers were freezing and the room wasn’t super clean, there were spiders in the corners probably due to two months of shutdown. The location and staff made up for the shortcomings though. If you need a cheap, friendly place to stay I recommend it.

My stay at Momotown was a good one. It was quiet for the most part and mostly clean (no bugs or anything like that). The main issue was that the showers did not have hot or warm water if there was more than one person showering at a time. Inga was very welcoming and kind, and Alexis was very friendly during the free hostel dinner.

So the staff all have the best intentions, maybe apart from this one guy who does night shifts and only seems to be doing it so he can stay there for free. He didn’t tell me the security code when I asked for it even though he should have. But that isn’t just about him... isn’t it strange that I stayed there for three nights and only on day four did someone tell me the security code? So I’d just gotten lucky being able to get back into the hostel at night. Also, the owner does not speak English.
