This place is a 4 star hotel, not a hostel! I enjoyed the atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, fantastic breakfast only for 8 euro, great location, privacy of female dorm, nice showers, beautiful lobby and and even free concerts that l doubled duration of my stay in Prague. In one word “fantastic “!

Stayed in 4 different hostels while travelling in Europe and Mosaic House in Prague was definitely the nicest. The showers are amazing, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great (15 minute walk to old town square) and the price is great. 10/10.

Definitely one of the nicest hostels my friends and I have ever stayed in. There are multiple locked doors to get through safely to your rooms. The room had its own bathroom that looked like it was meant to be in a really nice hotel. There is a club/live music in the lobby that you can hear from the rooms but it usually ended pretty early in the night and was not that disrupting to our sleep. It's located close to convenient tram stops and walking distance to Old Town in 10 min.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Like the other reviews stated, it's feels a lot like a hotel which is refreshing after a long string of hostels. It's very clean and modern looking. Laundry facility could be improved, as it's very tiny and costs an outrageous 11 or 12 euros for wash and dry.

Place, staff and location were great. Only issue was how hot the room was. They did turn the a/c down when I asked but it continued to stay quite warm. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

    Fabulous

My only complaint is that the mingle room is in a separate building to the rest of the hostel, so after 10pm (when the kitchen closes) there’s no common area in that building unless you cross the street to the main building. Which is inconvenient if you just want to chill. However other than that great value for money, great atmosphere and location and the restaurants food is gorgeous!!

This hostel is more like a hotel which has its own restaurant and bar. You get spotless clean room and building, high security but it’s not a social hostel. You don’t get to meet many people out there as hostel don’t arrange many activities. It’s a very good hotel with good helping staff but little dull for my gap year.

This felt more like a hotel than a hostel in the decoration and vibes. Great if you just want somewhere clean and quiet to come back to after a long day. Not the best doe solo travelers as the common areas are completely quiet--I felt uncomfortable even taking a call inside. The room was full of outlets, which was great. Check in was easy but the staff made no effort to explain the amenities or any events they had.

    Fabulous

We were not in the main building of this hostel but one on the opposite side of the street which was fine expect that the kit he there closed at 10pm so there was no where for people to socialise other than in the dorm which was disruptive for those who had to sleep. Also the showers offered very little privacy and no where to change other than the toilet cubicles. It was however very clean and the staff were very freindly.

    Good

i was deceived. I made my reservation for Mosaic House and was put across the street in their secondary building which in a big downgrade in quality from what i’ve seen. The bed was shaky, security lockers were bent, washroom was not en-suite as promised and no common room in my building, i had to go to another building if i wanted to have a common room. Also, since I was across the street, my key card did not give me access to the elevator to the roof top which i was looking forward to :(
