Nami House

Welcome to our small guesthouse specially designed for solo travellers! Our guests come from all over the world and the average age is 25 to 35.
Our small capacity (15 people), the warm “home away from home” atmosphere, and longer stays (more than 4 days on average) all encourage travellers to meet, share authentic experiences, and form meaningful and lasting friendships!

Nami House is a cosy Basque house decorated in Hawaiian and Japanese style, with many common spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, living room, sunroom, and a garden with various spots to chill out!

FREE BREAKFAST is served daily!
+ All range of SURFBOARDS, WETSUITS & BIKES (equipped with surf racks) for rent.
+ SURF CLASSES down at the beach for all levels: just ask us to book a class!

Nami House is a 15-minute walk to the beach (5 min by bike), 10 min by bike to the city centre of Biarritz, and 20 min to Bayonne.
Just 300 m away is Place des Cinq Cantons with its small shops (bakery, mini-market, food market, restaurants).
Go out and enjoy the bars and restaurants on the square and at the beach.
The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away: direct buses to Biarritz and Bayonne and the bus stations.

We offer three dorms (for 4/5 people) and a traditional Japanese-style bedroom (with tatami mats and futons) for two people, for women only (shared room) or couples.

Check-in: 2pm-7pm
In case you arrive outside of these hours, please contact us in advance so that we welcome you the best way (no 24hours reception). Otherwise, an extra €20 fee will be requested.

Terms and conditions
- Bookings for GROUPS OF MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE ARE NOT PERMITTED
- MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 as well as pets are NOT ACCEPTED
- No 24-hour reception (10am-7pm)

CANCELATION POLICY, PREPAYMENT
• We have a 7-days cancelation policy: you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 days before check-in date. You will be charged the full amount of the reservation (the first week in the case of stays longer than 7 days) if you cancel within a shorter period or in case of no show.
• Prepayment: to guarantee the reservation, you will receive an email with a credit card authorization request of the total amount of the reservation 7 days prior to arrival, to authorize the prepayment 7 days before check-in date.
If you do not accept the prepayment or haven’t contacted us within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with us.
