It was a great hostel! It seemed a little far, but overall I have no complaints. The room I stayed in was very nice, and the staff was very friendly.

    Fabulous

The rooms and beds are great. However, it seemed quite a bit of a distance away (20+ mins walking) from main attractions like the Milan Cathedral. We also had to take the metro and tram to get to the hostel upon arrival at Milan Central Station. The rooms were the most expensive ones we booked on our trip as well. The toilet and shower are not separated which poses as a problem when sharing the room with 4 other strangers (in our case). Generally a good place still, though!

The hostel is ok. But the quality of the personnel can vary a lot. There was a Brazilian girl working at the cafe who was very nice. The girls on the reception as well. On the other hand the middle-aged man working also at the cafe was insupportable. City tax is charged (2€). Mind that almost everything you may think has to be paid in separate, like towels (starting on 3€). If you check out after 11 pm fines are imposed. Leaving your luggage in the hostel for some time is also a paid service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, my only qualm was on my last night I came back to find my bed had been stripped, so I then had to go back down to reception and get another bed sheet. When I told them they just smiled and gave me another pillow and sheet but didn’t really offer any apology. The new pillow itself felt very hard and uncomfortable and alongside that with the drunk people outside shouting for most of the night didn't really make for a good nights sleep.

It was a nice facility. I was really surprised at how nice it looked from the outside, and the rooms were clean. There are individual free lockers (with built in locks!) for every bed, which was perfect for all of my stuff. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillow was great. The only issue was that the mattress smelled HEAVILY of urine, which I could get over enough to sleep, but not enough to sit in the bed when not sleeping.

not great, not terrible staff was nice, beds clean, location a bit weird but walking distance from the heart of the city overall it was a nice stay even though for only one night they have a happy hour for beer, I only found out about it after the 3rd beer, I was pleasantly surprised oh and in the morning they have really good freshly baked croissants

Mostly good overall but not really a hostel vibe, more of a motel with all the older visitors. Had a few people in their 40s stay in our room with bad snoring issues. Really kills the vibe.

2 female travellers and stayed in the mixed 6 bed dorm. It was half empty while we were there. Check in and out was quick. The rooms are big, bunks decent which do not squeak when you move (if on top bunk) like other hostels. Bathroom is average and and basic. No hand soap was provided which was pretty gross. Beds have individual lamps and powerpoints, but no shelving to put personal items which was inconvenient. Large lockers were very good as was location.

Not impressed. I'm a travelling exchange student and have stayed in several hostels and this was the worst. No toilet paper in our room with 6 people in it! When I asked reception/lobby bar if they would mind filling my water bottle up with TAP water, the reception shot me a filthy look a filled it 25% and gave it back. Also we left at 4 am to catch a flight and were running late, and the night receptionist made us go back up 3 floors to take off our bed sheets and bring them all down! Not cool

I’m currently coming towards to end of my gap year meaning I’ve meaning travelling, staying in many many many hostels, since January. This is by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I felt unsafe. It was in an unsafe area and I felt very unsafe with the people in my dorms. The front desk did not help at all when I ask to move rooms. There is no social side to this hostel at all. The rooms were extremely dirty, no soap in bathroom and mould everywhere. Would not recommend at all.
