They were very helpful and accommodating. They also have the most awesome cat I have ever met. She jumped up on my shoulders and sat there purring after I checked in. Adorable!

Nice hostel on a great location with chill vibe. If you want to party it's a good place, but also if you want just to relax you can do it. It's not a place where you'll book all kind of tours and get plenty of information, it's more a chilled out cosy place where you can meet new people.

Wonderful staff, awesome location, just great vibes all along. There is also a cat. This was my first hostel experience and definitely exceeded my expectations. Walking distance to the main plaza and lots of other bars and restaurants. I would definitely come back here when I go back to Santa Cruz.

It was a really good hostel in terms of staff and location but the security is one thing I would improve for future guests, I.e more lockers to store valuables in, especially within rooms! Aside from that the staff were great and the general cleaniless of the rooms and surrounding areas were great! I would definitely recommend to others if they have a more secure place to secure valuables

The top bathrooms were often without toilet paper & soap. Outside showers had ragedy curtains. I did experience the nicest mattress out of any hostel I have been to. Huge in size and very comfortable. I would be nervous to sleep on the third bunk, very high up without rails. Gorgeous murals all around. The building itself and the location are probably the best part. One minute away from main plaza and great restaurants. Nice craft beer at the bar. Improvements needed, but I would stay again.

Except terrible super, over high volume electromusic everything was ok! But I guess only who wants to go to bed at 4 am wants to stay in this hostel. The windows and the door of the dorm was trembling until 4 am. It was like to sleep just together with a maxi volume loudspeaker at the same bed. If you can sleep in this condition, or you go to sleep at 4 am, go there!

Bonito lugar en el centro. Solo que es muy ruidoso porque se comparte el espacio con un bar, no apto para gente que no puede dormir con mucho ruido.

locker were not very usefull, showers were okay, bed is nice. I had quite an issue when arriving really early in the morning - around 5 am. No one seem to answer the door and i had to be in the streets, in the cold harsh Wind untill almost 8 in the morning to enter the hostel. I knocked their front door each 20 minutes, half an hour, since 05:20 untill almost 07:30. Only at eight the door was open. And beware, there is no such a thing as street sign that can indicate the precise location of it.

There are no keys to the dorms, which means they are open 24/7 and anyone can walk into them at anytime. Lockers are only available in the common areas, not in the dorms. In two occasions there was no staff present and information such as transportation to the airport or local buses were impossible to get. I was in a dorm for 9 people and there was only ONE socket available which apparently happened in other dorms as well since people were always trying to charge their gadgets in the corridor.

Honestly, this is why I'm not only willing to pay more for my accommodation (it wasn't just this hostel), but why I'm also beginning to use for my accommodations. I didn't find very much to be redeeming about this place, and I'm not getting into any details. Needless to say, the following hostel that I chose helped to make up for this stay.
