I've stayed at this hostel a while ago last year and have come back to see that everything is as great as it was then! AMAZING staff, everyone are so warm, friendly and helpful I wish my stay would be longer this time :) The rooms are all cleaned well and it has PERFECT location - right in the CBD. Looking forward to come back!

Great hostel but they insist on using ALL PLASTICS for the free pancake breakfast. Wasteful and a shame.

The carpet in the room looked as if it was never vacuumed or cleaned. Also to top it off and prove my previous statement a dude in my room also urinated in room on floor and my belongings. Their solution to cleaning it up was to spray lots of air freshener though. Maybe they did some more but didn’t seem like it. Definitely no carpet cleaner machine was used. Kamilla was nice and paid for my laundry but still had $50 worth of groceries, snorkel set and some other items I had to throw away.

This place is disgusting. We had a private ensuite room with clumps of hair in the shower and through the carpets. Even in the bed. I don't think these people care much for health or hygiene. Bad attitudes and bad atmosphere. This place should be closed down.
