All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but Aaron who checked us in was particularly patient and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our little fridge for cold drinks and we loved sitting out on our balcony and enjoying the views towards the Gondola. Nomads is in a very central location so all of Queenstown is just a very short stroll away. I would fully recommend Nomads to anyone visiting Queenstown and i hope i return myself one day!

Good, busy hostel. Only negatives were the kitchen was filthy, more security on making messy people clean up after themselves. May be due to covid19 but all stayers were in their little groups and was not very social, solo travelers don't stay here. But good hostel and staff were very good!

I wouldn't recommend. I took my 1* year old as we were mining in the area. The lights were on most of the night, it was extremely noisy, people drinking alcohol in the rooms talking loudly all night. To top it off one lady had a guy come in and had loud ***.

SUPER NOISY! Due to the location of this hostel, it’s surrounded by bars and pubs so it’s very very loud and noisy at night, don’t stay there if you’re a light sleeper
