This hostel needs a REAL BAR! The fridge is okay but an actual bar would be so much better. The rest of it is great; awesome staff, comfy beds, close to everything you want from St Kilda. I had some great nights' sleep here, met some awesome people and had some fun at the activities. Fix this and you're perfect!

I love this hostel! It's a great place to meet people, there's a good mix of people working and those partying but the hostel itself is very chilled, with groups going out each night or staying in. You get the best of both worlds with comfrotable, private beds in each dorm, free breakfast and wifi. Could do with a real bar to replace the bottle fridge but the pool table is fun, and there's foosball and pinball, too! The staff are awesome and super friendly, as well! Great place!

This is a really nice hostel. I was a bit concerned with the front door as it didn't look secure but you need a keycard to even get inside and there's staff working 24/7, which made me feel better. The staff are great, really helful and friendly. There's free breakfast and wifi, a cool rooftop where you can meet people and activities each day. The buulding is old so it looks a little dirty at times but I saw cleaners all the time. The kitchen gets a bit busy and messy, too. Just need a real bar!

Awesome hostel, good staff, free breakfast and wifi, pool table, rooftop and comfy, private beds. It could do with a bar, rather than a fridge with bottles and cans, but if that's the worst thing in this place, I'll be happy to come back again! Big shout to the staff, who answered my questions and helped me get my case up to my room! :D

Cool hostel in St Kilda. Close to trams, pubs and shops, free brekkie and wifi. Staff are great; really helpful and welcoming. There's a rooftop to chill and meet people, daily events, pool, pinball and more. A very chilled hostel that is quiet after midnight every night, comfortable pod beds in every dorm. The "bar" selection is limited but if they got a real bar in there, it'd be so much better. Still a great place to stay in Melbourne, though!

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in in Aus! It's such a chilled, welcoming vibe that you instantly feel at home. Everyone so chilled and relaxed and easy going, so it's easy to meet people. There are daily events, free breakfast - with pancakes - and wifi. The TV room is open all day and night and there's staff on 24/7 on reception and cleaning throughout the day. Close to cool bars, food shops and tram stops - and the beach, too! Just get a real bar and it's gonna be perfect!

Kitchen was quite small, compared to amount of guests. Didn’t cook once, due it was a bit too busy. Seemed that there wasn’t enough coffee cups in the morning. BBQ cost 5 aud, which seemed a bit high price in my mind compared what u got. Dorm room was really nice and private. Could be worth to add a note on the door (both sides) that people actually make sure that the door closes, since most times when some member of staff or guest left the room, door was left slightly open.

Staff were very friendly and location was great despite the homeless issue St Kilda has. What was dissapointing was poor WiFi that didn’t reach my room so I was forced into paying for premium. USB charger above bed didn’t work and wasn’t repaired after I brought it up to staff. Toilet seat was also broken. Seemed like a place for people who are working in Melbourne rather than anyone travelling.

Not worth the money, bathrooms are subpar, bedroom stink but have privacy curtains which was an upside, place is good if you like hearing noise until 6 am everyday and a dunken druggy environment for 20 year olds but if you want to sleep and just relax it’s not be hostel for you. Staff are good and friendly though.
