Amazing food and staff. Definitely on the chill side, not the most social, but thats everywhere in Amed I ended up forgetting some items and they send it to me on a boat, so staff really go above and beyond!

The beds could use mosquito nets and fans. Even though we turned the AC on it was hot all night. Great location, walking distance from where the fast boat from Gili drops you off. Breakfast is cheap at their cafe and the pool is nice

Nice place to stay, especially if you want to free dive! Staff weren't too helpful when we asked for information. We arrived early and they were happy for us to leave our bags but they had no store room so they were left in the main lobby unattended. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for a few days , Cosy but can be quiet noisy. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly. Would recommend good location close to sunset point which is a must do!

    Very Good

I had an average stay - the staff is friendly, but it felt forced. I was staying during deep week and didn’t like the vibe at the hostel - although I thought it would be crowded. I also struggled a lot with all the insects, since toilets and showers are outside and everything is made out of bamboo - I knew that before, so no points distracted - might just be helpful for somebody who also feels uncomfortable with too much tiny animals. Beds are wobbly, but our air con was mostly working.

The rooms, while nice-looking, smelt a bit damp and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. The bunk beds wobbled and swayed wildly and the upstairs beds got absolutely boiling as the Aircon didn't reach there. Minimal vibe. There is a communal area but it was entirely taken up by the freediving course and it was quite a closed group. I'd say not a great place for solo travelers. Not much around the hostel either. Clean enough though and nice pool!

It was an okay place, menu was not great, ac was tolerable, beautiful pool, bathrooms are outside so there was a very large spider in the doorway when we woke up. Lots of construction at the moment. Would stay again if I had limited options but definitely wouldn’t choose it over a new place. Okay for solo travelers.

I've stayed in hostels all around the world and this was the worst stay I've ever had. The staff are friendly but - the air-con doesn't reach the second dorm level so I was too hot to sleep, roosters start calling at 5am and they do not stop. They're not in the distance, theres several and they're directly outside your dorm! Live music next door makes it hard to sleep, there's holes in the roof and every night I had mice running over my bed also not a good place for socialising.
