The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. I've stayed in a 6 bed female dormitory, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom needs to be cleaned deeply with cleaning products otherwise it smells, especially the toilet seat. The kitchen has everything you need. Great experience overall!

Really enjoyed this hostel. Brilliant position in town close to pretty much everything. Security is excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but not an issue. Would stay here again.

Good, clean location near the city center and shops. Good atmosphere, had some friendly discussion with fellow guests. The facilities are good except for storing luggage (only possible up to 2 pm). There was some initial confusion regarding the access code to get in as the staff was not available when one arrives there by 8 pm. One needs to check their e-mail regularly for the code. Otherwise, had a great stay in such a wonderful city.

Enjoyed my stay here. Location is pretty good, 1 bus ride from train station. Walking distance to all attractions. You will be provided with a code to enter the hostel and your room via email. I was given the wrong code at first but she fixed it fast. Kitchen is nice enough, but a few more pots could be provided, + napkins! It was worth the small upgrade fee to get a bed in a 4 room vs6 room. Bathroom is clean and private. Would have preferred to pay cash but she processed credit card before.

This hostel has a part time reception and if you are arriving after hours you are often let in by other guests. Aside from this the facilities are fine and location is good.

I stayed here for two nights and I didn’t get a great vibe of the place as there was no one there to greet me or provide any help that I would of liked especially about tourism in Granada and other laundry options. When I finally got to meet the receptionist, she told me that I never checked in.. but that is a little difficult when no one is there. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy.

This property really lacks in security. Me and a girl in my room both had items of clothing stolen while we were in the hostel, however could not report the issue as there was barely any staff present apart from the early morning. Over all it’s not a bad place to lay your head but definitely don’t consider this a safe place to rest. Sleep with one eye open. Would not return as felt very unsafe during the night.

the air flow is not very good so the place feels and smells very stale. Our “veiw” from our window was literally the sewage deposit or something including a few toilets scattered, that she doesn’t use or it was old or something. The fans that are on the beds for airflow were really due for a good dusting. The whole place was kinda clean but really needed a deep clean!if you want to do laundry she’s only there for the first part of the day which is a bit inconvenient when your out for the day....

Very disappointing experience. Picked it due to good description. Location is good, next to supermarket, a nice park right out front with restaurants, 25 min walk to Alhambra. No atmosphere - felt depressy, didn't see anyone talk to e/o. Only ever saw one staff member, who was hard to find. Poor communication. If checking in or out earlier/later, and want to leave your things, it's just left in the hallway. In a 4 person room 2 outlets didn't work, bedding was missing, bathtub was clogged.

We stayed for two nights. This hostel believes that volunteers are a form of slave labor (this info is posted on the reception door) which is a way of saying that there is almost never any employee present. We had to wait until check out to be able to check in (2 days late!). There is mold right next to the beds. The rooms smell like a middle school locker room. Every day when we came back into the room, our bedding was literally wet from the horrible ventilation. Truly horrific experience.
