I absolutely loved my time at Old Town, great location, great staff, good sized rooms, etc. The staff and volunteers were so lovely and inclusive, especially loved sangria and sunset night. The bedroom was gorgeous and had great sized lockers. Great vibes

loved this hostel. Very chill atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen closed by 11 pm so you can’t use the common area after that. Toilets and showers were very clean at all moment and the hostel was in the middle of Old Town, so you can go anywhere walking within 10 minutes or less.

Had a great 3 night stay here in the heart of old town. The 5-bed dorm was spacious, clean, and airy. Though there was only one bathroom per floor (for two rooms), I never found myself waiting to use the facilities. The staff were super friendly and organised regular activities, a highlight being the sunset tour! The only thing to note is that there is no air con, though each room has an abundance of fans.

Overall the hostel was clean and the rooms were secure. As there is no luggage storage, everyone was instructed to leave it in the entry, but the staff sometimes left with the door open. Also, the room, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless, except the shower which had black mold.

really nice hostel in a great location. the staff here were all so nice and friendly anytime you saw them. Downside was there was no AC and it was very loud with the windows open so sleep was hard and only having one shower/toilet per floor was a challenge. I also really wished there was more of a social atmosphere here because it was very hard to meet other people with no like organized events to go out at night together.

    Very Good

    24 Jun 2022
This hostel is in a great location, has a good kitchen, and staff were very helpful with arranging alternative check-in options when my flight was delayed and I arrived late. The rooms themselves were pretty tight (I stayed in a 4-bed dorm one night and a 2-bed private room with a friend the second night), more so with the private room. We were also a little disappointed that staff didn’t really have suggestions of what to do in the city or how to rebook our cancelled ferry.

Amazing location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Both the first and second floor showers had mold on the ceiling. They let you store your bags in the main entrance (not super secure but there is always someone sitting there so it’s not too bad) Nice that they have spices and cooking items

In my opinion it's too expensive. I didn't have an outlet, no curtains, no ac just fans. The location couldn't have been better, though! Locker sizes were great! Felt safe as a solo female traveler.

Positives. An excellent location with really helpful and kind behind the desk staff, and a shower with really good shower pressure. Negatives. No air conditioning at all, and the fans and window didn’t help so sleep was impossible. The breakfast provided was very basic, and despite being told the kitchen was open 24 hours, I did basically get told to leave by the cleaning staff when I had lunch there. Worst though was that I kept waking up bitten by what I now realise were bed bugs.
