Great location, you can walk to all the main attractions easily. Bathrooms can get messy, and it does get loud at night since you are in the Temple Bar area. Free breakfast is nice and the duvet was thick and plush.

Great location !! Nice renovated bathroom but dirty , mould in showers as well as built up scum , You need middle aged woman to clean , not young kids , they have no clue how to do it properly. It needs steam cleaning as well as the stairs in the foyer area all the way up to the rooms .

The hostel worked quite well for us. It was centrally located so we could access the city experience on foot . It was very noisy night and day (as to be expected because of the location and type of accommodation). The facilities were adequate and catered for all our needs. We felt safe and found staff to be friendly and helpful. The bed and linen were fresh and clean but we did think the overall cleanliness of the rooms was quite poor.

Some beds are lucky enough to have cages that lock under the bed, some aren't :/. So if you want to be guaranteed somewhere to keep your valuables secure, you'll want to pick somewhere else. The cages are super screechy when they are pulled out and do an excellent job of waking everyone up. 1 bathroom for the 8 beds so there was some waiting around at times. Not a very clean place. Only a couple outlets in the 8 bed dorm (only 1 worked), I ended up charging at cafes. Wouldn't stay again.

The bathrooms weren't very clean, and also kind of old and falling apart sometimes... And the kitchen seemed very lacking compared to other hostels I staid at in Ireland, fromThe lack of ventilation to not being very clean
