This hostel is in a very great location to be able to walk or get anywhere you need to go Thus hostel has an elevator, which is rare for many buildings in San Francisco. That is very helpful if you travel with luggage. Thus hostel has a very spacious and nice kitchen, and plenty of space. The staff at this hostel are very helpful and professional

Very clean facilities and staff are very friendly (shoutout to the janitor who changed my mattress cover!) The hostel is located in a prime spot in downtown and it’s walking distance to Union Square, SF Moma, SF public library, and Chinatown. With Covid only 2 people at maximum is allowed to stay in one dorm room, which was a good deal for me. Although there is no free breakfast anymore at the moment, the kitchen is very spacious and clean with plenty of cookware you need.

We stayed in 3 hostels before this one and this one was the first one that we had to pay for towels and keys. Besides that was good

Well, it's a fine hostel but the sheets for bed are really few, the towells are tiny, and despite it gives you free coffee in a cool kitchen and living room, you don't have an ything to it although you but it during the day in CVS or Wallgreens. Overall is a correcct 7.7. The location during the night is not hard or unsafe, but aint't pretty. Like any downtown in the world.

Overall, this was a good stay. You’re technically downtown and not far from restaurants and or attractions. It is next to the “tenderloin” which is considered an area where homeless are payed to stay homeless which I thought that was crazy. As you exit the “hostel” to the left you see the ghetto, homeless doing drugs in plain daylight. But as you exit the hostel and walk to the right, it’sa different view and once you hit market street, you can get transportation there to anywhere you need to go

Very well located and clean hostel. The facilities were appropriate and the hostel felt safe, I stayed for four nights and got a great night sleep. Unfortunately due to COVID they weren't running any of their activities and there was overall not much atmosphere in the hostel, so if you're looking to socialise and meet new people this may not be the place for you, but its definitely perfect if you're coming back exhausted from a long day out exploring San Francisco!

The hostel itself was great, but the location was not good. The Tenderloin is a sketchy neighborhood with many scary people on the streets, not a place you feel comfortable strolling around, and definitely doesn't have the nice unique vibe of other places in SF. All the drivers of taxis I took warned me that I should be careful around there.
