While I do have to say the name of the hostel is misleading, I found the stay to be excellent value for money. The location is amazing, making every sight within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for the issues with the hostel (some issues with getting into the rooms, no working WiFi). Everything offered (ie the free tour and the kitchen provided) makes it great value for money. Beds were comfortable and clean. Could add lockers in the rooms and numbered beds.

Great location, unlimited breakfast products. In 4 per. room only beds. Free trip ith 2 days stay. Very good access to the airport. Clean. Comfortable mattresses. Mostly friendly staff. Few bathrooms / toilets + broken taps, quite scruffy kitchen. Place to sit together - only at the reception, without atmosphere. To enter the building, you have to ask the receptionist to open the door each time. No contact by email. For us who only sleep there and use theirs great tours- was enough.

I paid extra for a room with an ensuite bathroom....which I assumed meant a toilet AND a shower, but it was just a toilet. The shower was not far from the room, but def not worth the extra euros. Everything was clean. The staff at the front desk was pleasant, but not very proactive. 2 were strictly for selling tours and 1 was for tours and the hostel. I waited for a LOONG time while the 1 sold a tour and the other 2 sat there, so that I could check out. Breakfast is MINIMAL even for a hostel.

The showers were pretty much useless. The knob for changing the water temperature was broken off so we had to deal with cold water, but thankfully this was not an issue as the shower was broken and the water pressure was pretty non-existent. The keycard has to be re-activated everyday. We weren't informed about this early on. This seems like a bad design. The number of toilets/bathrooms in the building is quite few. They have a luggage storage but no lockers in the room. So it's not very safe.

A palace it isn't. Was expecting better value for the price of 90 euro. We booked a private room and got a very small room with a double bunk and a cracked mirror, nothing else. A shelf or chair would have been good. The internet didn't work in the rooms area. I was told it was broken. There was internet in reception in the building next door. The buzzer to the building was also broken and when you wanted to get in had to go to reception to get someone to come to unlock the door.

Sketchy. Had to slam door shut to keep unwanteds out. The staff could have been much friendlier. The room was a shoebox and the stairs suck.

Dublin is very expensive so we decided to stay at a hostel rather than major hotel accommodation. We chose the 4 person room with private ensuite for the two of us as it still worked out about half the price. It was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and we got a free day trip to Kilkenny because we stayed more than two nights. A little bit noisy because it was located next to the train track but good location for walking into Dublin City Centre,

DO NOT DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOSTEL I've traveled for years in hostels and this has been by far the worst. Our group of 8 all called our credit card companies and got refunded. We were wrongly accused, a staff member cursed at and TRIED TO FIGHT US, we were denied our rooms at night, management refused to listen, so we left. Besides that: the facilities are garbage. Wifi doesn't work, linens are gross, rooms are muggy and smell bad. Go to Abigail's, it's 5 min away, same price and so much nicer

They are terrible with their service and they would not help me try to get into my room even when my key card did not work. Receptionist won't even bother to get up to even help with anything and was rude the entire stay and would rather have me sleep outside my room than help me get inside the room. Worst hostel experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.
