I arrived at night and it was easy to get to with a super secure gate and great staff. The showers were pretty old/broken. When I arrived in my room the light wasn’t working. I couldn’t fit either of my bags in the locker so I just put my passport and important things and slept with my bags. The bunks were pretty wobbly and felt flimsy. It seemed like a bit of a weird/quiet vibe but I did only stay one night so not too sure on that. Very good walking distance from the center though!

The WIFI only works in the kitchen, the breakfast is pretty poor and there is no air con. The weather in Italy was 36 degrees some days so everyone was melting in the heat. The room has a locker though. The bathrooms are clean enough just. I would recommend in a squeeze, but not ideal.

Overall, it was not a too-bad-place to stay for a night before going to the airport. The downside is there's no fan nor AC in the room so it gets really hot during the day and at night to the level, you can't sleep at all. It's pretty spacious and clean.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double private room for 3 nights. However, there’s no air-conditioner and no fan in the room. It was horrible, we couldn’t sleep during the nights and ventilation was bad as well. The toilet is clean but the lock is not working.

Hi, First of all I want to mention one thing I actually liked: friendly and helpful staff. Not all of them, but some really made great customer experience. But that is it. I don’t know how your hotel was marked as clean on the website, it is really not. I had to collect hairs from the sheets, carpets are dirty, not to mention the floor under the bed. Breakfast is poor, not enough dishes and messy. The room was very hot and also there are no real walls so it’s very loud at night. Honestly, I

Very average hostel: poor security, no keys for exterior or rooms, ‘automatic’ lights don’t turn on or turn off while reading/showering, broken shower doors, no hot water for evening shower, no fan or a/c means a very hot sleep. Bar is actually just a drinks fridge at reception, and the hostel was completely dead in the middle of July, so not a great place to meet people as a solo traveller. Adequate for one night if you just want to sleep & go, but I wouldn’t recommend more than this.

The hostel is well placed. Réception is really slow and without any description of basic things around the hostel. Breakfast is not at all nutritious. Just bread and butter and juices and milk, all industrial products. I don't understand how they can consider that as breakfast. Rooms are clean. There are no common spaces for people to meet with each other except the kitchen. I'm sorry, I have seen much more friendly staff. I wish you guys will find the way to like what you do.

I wouldn’t recommend the hostel for a long stay, it was convenient as a one night stay in milan even though it was a bit expensive for the offered services and facilities. AC isn’t functional and the common bathrooms are a bit spartan but we didn’t expect much more. Lockers in the room are a much appreciated addition.

Worst hostel I’ve stayed in, staff were rude and very unhelpful. Facilities were awful, toilets didn’t lock and were unhygienic, there were toilets in the kitchen and you had to dry your hands where people dry their plates, disgusting! The light didn’t work in our room and when we reported this to reception we were told it was ‘getting fixed soon’ and that we should use the torches on our phones for light which is just not the service we paid for. Would not recommend staying here.

The beds were horrible, staff were not very helpful at all and in some ways rude. Our hostel itself smelt like it was just washed with dirty socks instead of detergent.
