I stayed for one evening in an 8 bed female dorm. I checked in late (9pm) and left around 9am, so I wasn't there long. I was comfortable and slept well.

I only stayed here for a single night, and was fortunate enough to have shared a room with only one other traveler for the night. I took advantage of the breakfast in the morning which is a basic spread of breads, eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice. You must enter the hostel by scanning your room key card out in the front. The rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in, and the bathrooms in each floor were inclusive for everybody. Friendly staff and prime location close to restaurants and pubs.

Not sure if it’s the time of year but it was lovely and quiet. Right next to the bus station so super convenient for that but was a bit of a mission getting to the touristy hotspots. Totally doable, just the trains run to their own schedule so make sure you leave kids of time even if google says it’s a 13 min journey.

Showers only provided very Luke warm water and no hot water from sinks. Generally tired and in need of an overhaul in communal areas. Very handy for public transport

The private room looked more like a prison cell, tbh. Super small, kinda claustrophobic, very inadequately furnished. I should've known better, NEVER BOOK A HOSTEL ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM EVER AGAIN.
