    Fabulous

We stayed here for one night before flying. This is a good stop over hostel, they provide a airport shuttle service too. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. They had heating so it never got cold in the hostel which was nice as it was cold outside! They had good security to get in and out the hostel. The location was a bit out of the way and not many restaurants nearby, 10mins walk from the big supermarket.

The amenities are simple, but they're all you need for what will probably be a brief stop in Punta Arenas. The hostel owner is very caring; he drove myself and another guest a couple of kilometers to a grocery store where everything within walking distance was shut down due to political protests.

A good place to spend the night. They arrange a taxi service to airport and the hostel is walking distance from the bus station. Comfortable beds!

Stayed here for an early flight. Owner and staff very nice and helpful with sorting airport transfer. Not the tidiest place and bad facilities so wouldn’t stay for more than one night

Ok location. A bummer that there is no free breakfast. Good price. Bathroom was not very clean. Our original booking was changed, so my friends and I were not in the same room... that was annoying.

The staff were unfriendly and a bit rude. They were volunteering but it created a weird and uncomfortable atmosphere. The room we stayed in (10 beds) was dirty and we had no where to put our dry food. For the money we paid I would not recommend staying here.

OK for a stop over but do not expect anything fancy. Everything is well past sell by date and worn. For the price in PA it was the only option for us but I would advise to pay the extra if you can!

The hostel reflects Puntas Arenas itself quite well... Small, dirty and bleak the only positive is the it's proximity to Puerto Natales. Good hostel for 1 night otherwise avoid Punta Arenas altogether...

That’s too terrible. The staff is unfriendly and I think he doesn’t want to work. The facility is too old. The bathroom is only one on second floor so it’s uncomfortable. I traveled a lot so I used many hostels but I’ve never seen like this hostel. I didn’t want to pay for my 1 night. You guys shouldn’t go to this hostel.

I was meant to stay here for 3 nights, but cancelled my booked after just 1. The owner was so rude and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable here at all. One of the ladies working there was really nice, and my bad experience was definitely not her fault.
