Best place in bali to meet travelers! Staff are very kind and helpful. Be careful, google map dont show the good road we ended in a backyard of a local with is dangerous dog. If you’re looking for good time with amazing people is the place to be!

One of the best atmospheres at a hostel I've ever come across. There's a huge common area and everyone's just hanging out, talking, eating, drinking, playing pingpong. The people are really what made the Hostel experience great. They also have cheap food and drinks available at the kitchen. The facilities are a bit old but not bad overall. My only issue is that if you dont know how to ride on a scooter, there are no tours or anything offered so youre a bit stuck there. Overall tho, great time!

Nice and lively Guest House in the middle of Bukit with lots of young surfers and backpackers. Good and cheap food and drinks available. The lobby is cosy but maybe little bit filthy. Big rooms with balcony. Staff is very friendly - Thanks to Davide for the travel advices;). All in all super cool place.

Great atmosphere. The guests make the place. The staff aren’t the friendliest but get the job done.

Pro's; people are friendly, food is cheap and good enough but nothing to get excited about. Hot water in shower, big room. Con's; it wasn't clean in my room, and the bathroom smells of sewer gas. Very little English as almost everyone staying there spoke Spanish, which makes it difficult to communicate with fellow travellers. Also the staff speaks very little English making inquiries, requests and communication difficult. Overall 6 out of 10.

Don’t usually notice these things but disgusting furniture everywhere and then mould all over walls in private room. Didn’t stay a night.

I’ve stayed in nicer crack dens. A lot of the fellow travelers there seem to almost love/embrace the dirtbag style of the place (easily 20 years of everything falling apart, stains, ripped up furniture, holes and broken windows, gross sheets, etc..) I guess the vibe is cool, there is a common space and people are always hanging and fellow travelers seemed pretty cool. But that’s really the only positive, and it’s uluwatu, there’s cool travelers everywhere. I would NOT recommend this place.

The place was dirty, one staff member was incredible rude (the rest were nice). Location is far from anything. The first room I was put in had a hole in the window. It clearly used to bto a hotel which has since fallen into complete disrepair. Would definitely avoid. On a plus note the dorms seemed marginally nicer. However the ac in my room gave me a chest infection. I’m not someone that normally leaves reviews and I’m generally pretty relaxed but I feel like I need to warn people about this.

Upon arrival we were met with staff clipping their toenails before reception. It only went downhill from there. The lounge area (if you can call it that) was filled with disgusting couches and furniture that you can find on the edge of the street for free. The pool was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The room was dark and musty and the bathroom smelled disgusting. The toilet’s water wouldn’t stop running. The showerhead dribbled water and smelled horrible.
