My partner and I stayed in a lovely private double bed room with shared bathroom. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. Nothing bad to say about this place it was a very enjoyable stay! Met some great people here and had a fantastic time! The location is excellent very close to the main gate to the Médina. Staff were all very friendly especially the lady who prepared the included breakfast, she was very lovely! The shower was the best we had in Morocco, great pressure and hot!

A very good location in the heart of the old Fez Medina. If you like to be amongst the locals for a slice of authentic Fez life this place is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. .Fatima and Abdul always willing to give information regarding sites...places to visit etc. Breakfast is served on roof terrace, enjoy the views with your morning coffee. It's cold in winter however the staff very kindly provided a heater which solved the problem 😊. Very good value for money .

    Very Good

Our room for 3 people was very small and dark. After asking, we got a heater for the night, since it was very cold. The staff is very friendly but sometimes confusingly organised and it is not completely transparent who belongs to the riad and who is friends/family. The breakfast in the morning was good. The location is excellent, located just off the main street leading to Bab Boujloud.

The young man that worked here was lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the other people that worked (or lived here as it may have been family run?) were very loud late at night. They also had a full blown loud domestic argument that echoed throughout the building for about two hours one morning. Very unprofessional.

Don’t trust the staff !!!! They took our money and promised to take us to the airport in the morning - in the morning nobody was there and they still have our money !! We had problems to get the flight in time In the beginning they seemed really nice, just be careful !!! Also it wasn’t clean.
