Such a cute area, really nice people working there, and a cute common area and kitchen. It’s small but very clean and organized.

The hostel owner and staff are really lovely and helpful!!! The rooms and facilities are very tidy, but just like all accommodation in Japan it is very small. It is an easy 30-minute train ride to Hakone-Yumoto where there are lots of onsens. This hostel is perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay with a homely vibe.

Would definitely recommend this pace for travellers especially doin hakone area etc. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here again if in Japan. Only downfall is you have to vacate the premises from 12 to 4 but that was not an issue for us.

Good location very close to the train station 6,7mins walk. Clean and comfortable rooms, there's a common room. It's a small hostel with just one room with 10beds, so there's always people to socialize with. Only down side is 12-4pm there's no one available to check you in.

Guy at the reception was friendly and showed us around the place, beds were fine and people were quiet and respectful during my stay. Only a short walk from odawara station. I recommend staying here if you’re heading to hakone the next day. Quiet area too. Overall great experience.

    Fabulous

Good and inexpensive place to stay for a few nights. I stayed here to get to Mt. Fuji and Hakone and the hostel is about an hour away by train. There's not too much to do in Odawara other than the castle, but the hostel is close to the station. ONE IMPORTANT THING: The hostel closes completely from 12:00-16:00 so you may be stuck waiting outside if you don't plan around it. The staff was very friendly, Hayato is a great host!

The room was really small so our bags didn't really fit in there, also the room became really hot at night. The staff was really sweet and the atmosphere was good!!

The hostel is not in Hakone, is in Odawara. You need to take other train if you want to visit Hakone and see Fuji mountain.

The room was too small for the amount of people and luggage everyone ended up having to sleep on their luggage. They also close for an inconvenient time during the day and nowhere to leave your bags so became stuck.
