Great very central hostel. A few minutes of Walking to presidential palast and most subway lines. The location is prefect. Staff is very helpful. You CAN pay with creditcard and instead of charging 10% more (like most other hostels) you get a 20% discount as in this case you are exempt from argentine VAT. We already came back for our second stay. :)

Great hostel made amazing by the people. The volunteers were especially great, and I am still friends with many of them. The rooftop area was a very nice place to chill. Breakfast was minimal but OK (and not free - costs 100 pesos). Only major downside was that A/C was very limited (other than the rooms and the rooftop), meaning the bathrooms were like saunas. Overall would definitely recommend.

Good hostel. Nice central location. Clean. Only real negative is hangout area is a bit small and in the open atrium. And beds might squeak a bit.

    Very Good

Only stayed here one night, has everything you need in a hostel. The only thing is that the bunks are super narrow, wobbly and squeaky - you could wake up the next room with one movement. The rooms also were a little stuffy. There was also a lack of atmosphere when I was here, however the rooftop bar has a beautiful view of the city and a nice place spot for a sunset beer!

    Very Good

Everything is pretty dated, old and run-down at this place. The entrance smells like cat pee. Beds are really creaky and noisy. The air conditioning in our room did not work at all which made it almost impossible to sleep in. The staff were also not overly friendly. Can't beat the location though.

Fine hostel - you get what you pay for. It was very noisy thoug, because their aircondition is fans and it is lacking some better commonareas where you can chill after Long Days with exploring the city.

We had a private room, with no window and it was really smelly in there. The worst part was, that we got either bad bugs or fleas. Probably fleas, but I ended up with over 30 bites. They let us switch rooms, when we asked for it and did the "heating process" in the old room, where we left our staff. They wanted us to return to the old room, but we could stay in a new one with a window. The kitchen facilities were very old and dirty. Dirty towels. There was no atmosphere. Don't stay there.

Hostel itsel is fine. Good location and dorms. The dorms with a private barhroom have a shitty shower, where all the water leaks into the bathroom. The staff is very uninformed and they don’t care about you. While checking in they only give you a key and do not tell you anything about the city or any activities. In the social area it almost feels like a crime to talk as everyone stays just quiet.
