I don’t even know where to begin! Everything and everyone was perfect before I even arrived! I missed my flight and has a terrible day and they couldn’t have helped anymore! They waited so late for me and still greeted with me a smile even offering me some eggs!!! The bed was like a cloud! Breakfast was fantastic! You really just feel so peaceful, calm and at home!! I am going back tomorrow!!! Thank you everyone!!!!

Incredibly nice hostel run by three doñas. Fresh bread, eggs, butter and home-made jam for breakfast every morning. It's a chilled hostel, not for partying, about a 10 minute walk from the closest commercial street, but the hostel itself is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes once you get your bearings.

10/10. If you're looking for a comfortable hostel with extremely friendly staff, and are NOT into partying, this is a fantastic place. Compared to Puerta Vieja, it is not a huge hostel and it does not have nightly parties. The rooms are appropriately sized. The female dorm (4 bunks) is good enough, w/ a private bathroom so that is nice! The mixed dorm of 8 is extremely spacious. Every bunk has its own locker - w/ a key deposit. Cleaned daily. Breakfast is amazing. A bit of a walk from main

Cosy pretty hostels with lots of areas to chill. Rooms are warm, lots of blankets and lockers included. Breakfast is good and staff are really friendly and accommodating. Hot water! Quiet hostel but east to meet new people. 10-15 minutes walk from central! Would stay early as it’s very popular so hard to extend your stay

Very nice and quiet place with super nice staff. Amazing and big breakfast. Very good beds with loads of blankets which is needed since it gets cold in the evening. Not many indoor spaces so on a rainy day it’s not ideal. Kitchen is very good and well equipped. Definitely recommend staying here.

The quality of the Internet WiFi in the mixed dorm is very very poor: it sometimes doesn't connect at all and when it does connect is either very slow or it disconnects after a while(I tried all the different SSID WiFi available); but in other parts of the hostel it works OK. There is no shelf next to the bed in the dorm. All the rest is VERY GOOD. There a lot of atmosphere: even a room with a fireplace and a couple of couches, a nice garden, nice kitchen with free breakfast and lots of stuff.

I liked my stay here. It's a very chilled out hostel. The showers were always hot and the wifi was generally ok, the signal in the room I was in (3) could be a bit better - it seemed to drop out quite a lot... But other than that everything was good. The staff are really friendly and helpful and try to do some fun activities for the guests. The only small criticism I could make is that the room (had a private double room) was a little bit on the small side, but difficult to change that.

Really loved the hostel. The ladies who ran it were great. I would have rated higher, but the eight bed dorm had a ninth bed squeezed in with a local guy living there. He stayed up all night in bed watching videos loudly on his phone, laughing like a madman all night, and sneezing and coughing endlessly. He said he lived there because it was cheaper than finding an apartment. Several people in our dorm switched hostels because of him. You shouldn't have locals living in a backpackers dorm.
