This place was great! It’s much more relaxed socially than a lot of hostels I’ve been to but still social. The staff are amazing and it’s right in the centre of everything. My only issue was the breakfast: they said it would be open 7:30-10 every morning and there were several mornings where I left for day tours at 8am and I left without breakfast because it was not open. One day I had breakfast at 9:30 and as soon as they served me they closed it. Other than that the place is well worth it!

Perfect location in the middle of Ubud centre and they let you park your motorbike inside. Staff super kind, the one at night went to pick up 2 glasses so we could drink our beer in the common area. Aircon super strong but remote was inside the room. The breakfast is only one pancake but really tasteful and made with love. The only setback is the bathroom’s door doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling so people can hear you inside (and I saw a cockroach getting inside the window after shower).

They should have a coffee and te station. There is not water and also we couldn't use the kitchen.

Really nice hostel, weren’t a lot of people around as it’s low season but the beds were comfy, aircon worked well, good shower, brekkie was decent and staff were friendly. It’s right in the centre of Ubud which is nice, but makes it harder to catch a grab or Gojek as the local taxis scare them away. But overall nice stay !! Beautiful traditional compound setting too. Free lock and locker and the wifi was pretty good too.

Its a bed to sleep in, and you can buy tours from the from desk easily. In general I thought the bathroom was a little of dirty and we had to bring our own hand soap. They definitely clean the beds. The wifi is pretty poor, and they really only clean the bedsheets.

Beds in the 10 person dorm are very private and the bathrooms are quite big. All very clean and really lovely staff. Good value budget hostel would recommend.

There was no locks on the door but the staff were very friendly and breakfast was included. The room had A/C but the bed curtains could be better.

Ill start with the staff are super super nice. When i checked out i left my phone there and they handed it in and kept it for me until i realised i lost it. I only stayed one night here. There were ants all in the rooms and my bed was covered in them. The reception was closed so i changed beds myself and emailed them. The next day they were so apologetic. They room was really noisy from the noise of the street which was coming from the bathroom windows. You can hear EVERYTHING from the bathroom.

This is a very basic hostel. However the rooms were spacious, the air con worked well and the showers were powerful. Downsides were no common areas to sit. Also the cleanliness was not great. The bins were covered in grime and looked like they had never been cleaned. Also the member of staff on reception could have been more helpful regarding information on local area.

Not sure why this hostel has such a decent rating. There's virtually no common space, it was very dirty, we saw bugs on the bed frame, there were middle aged men in our dorm snoring super loudly (not the hostels fault, I know). Would not recommend staying here.
