Very comfortable, safe, clean, friendly hostel, steps away from Plaza De Armas. There is always someone at reception ready to help with anything, and they have a nice bar and common area eat/drink/hang out! Their showers are actually hot, which is not always the case in hostels around cusco. Definitely recommended!

Nice Stay, gentle staff which allowed me to check in super early, and met all of my needs and concerns, such as portable heater. They never were agitated when I asked them to repeat something more slowly.

I absolutely loved this hostel! Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the main square, friendly staff, comfortable bed with a good sized room. The front gate is locked at all times and you have to buzz to get in so i always felt safe. free breakfast is nice and common area is a good place to chill. I would recommend this hostel to anyone!

Bit noisy and the room we had allowed blinking exit light to penetrate. Not english speaking. Also glass bricks in floor also allowed light in. But not bad for the price i guess.

We had a three person room with an ensuite. The ensuite had two huge holes to the outside, and the window from our bedroom to the ensuite was missing it’s glass, so we felt a freezing draft all night. After asking three time we eventually got a heater. Staff spoke no English and refused to let us leave because we were 10centimes short of the bill, then when we paid 1sole over the total amount, claimed they didn’t have change. Incredible!

We were staggeringly disappointed with Puma Kiru on many fronts. First and foremost they are classified as a bed and breakfast however they never offered us any food or drink, and come to find out the typical Peruvian breakfast with bread, butter, and jam cost 10 soles. Additionally, the staff rudely welcomed us after arriving off the night bus at 5am and literally asked "why are you here, check-in is at 11". Finally, the staff never interacted with us nor could they locate the site on a map :/

Stay somewhere else save yourself some hassle, they weren't expecting me even though I'd booked 4 days earlier through Hostelworld, told me check out was 9, had to show that my booking showed 10 o clock check out, then when I came to collect my bags at agreed time no one was there had to bang on the door for 30 minutes to get in, putting be under pressure to catch my bus.

I am still not sure if this place exists. The address is wrong and there are at least 6 different hostels in the city with the same (or very similar name). Noone ever answered the phone when called or even replied emails. Conclusion, I had to find and stay at another place found last minute. I believe I lost the deposit in addition... shame I noted all at the worst punctuation and still had an overall rating of 2 ??
