The room was nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. They take credit card which is a big positive in South America. Unfortunately during my stay there was a power issue for a short while just before I was leaving Puno. But overall a great place, I recommend!

Staff were great. They helped me get my camera back after I left it in a cafe. I went in and they didn't have it. The hostel rang them and they did.

Great spot. Bit of a walk to the beach but beautiful window views on the higher up floors.

More of a hotel but clean and a good value. There is a courtyard right outside and kids practice school dances to loud music until about 9pm.

It’s a neat little hostel, a bit weird having to go through the pizza place to get in. The square next to it is a rehursal location for local festivals so music does run til about 10pm. The shower was lukewarm at best but was clean. We found that during the day the wifi was excellent with it slowing down for the evening when more people were using it. Clean room and bed with doors to a balcony and a space heater if we needed.

Staff was great and helped us out while we were having a tough time handling the altitudes! We had to leave one night earlier than planned to get to lower heights. Unfortunately they told us to pay full price. However, they acted really caring and interested in our well being, so worth the money. Also, they have oxygen! Rooms are fine, water was cold though.

Good hostel for a couple of nights, close to town centre. Usually warm showers but sometimes weak/cold. Good value for money. We went to the pizza restaurant downstairs for dinner as we arrived late and it was terrible. Breakfast ok but finished too early.

Very disappointed - our booking via Hostelworld was not organised by the hostel and as a result they double booked our room. The staff spoke very little English and we tried to understand the problem in broken Spanish. Although the hostel accepted the error and found alternative accommodation it was not in line with the deposit paid for at Quechuas Inca Palace - which they refused to refund. Furthermore the hostel did not take responsibility for the mistake - instead blaming an employee.
