This place is so lovely and the host, Rodrigo, is so welcoming and friendly! He personally makes breakfast for everyone every morning and is super helpful for questions and tips. The hostel is small but it feels like home! Love it

Excellent hostel. The owner pretty much does everything by himself and his mother, which gives it that personal touch. The breakfast included is decent too. Very informational about Mexico and Campeche in particular, would defo stay again if passing through. One of my favourite hostels.

Rob has build a hostal out of his own home. It's very cosy and he put lots of love into it. I liked it very much and feel sad to not be able to stay longer. His 2 months old puppy is gorgeous. Be aware of Robs description that there is only one bathroom and two rooms with a few beds. I would definitely return to him, he is a great guy and gives great recommendations and advice. Thanks Rob, say "hallo" to Frijol. 🙂

Newly opened hostel. I loved the atmosphere in the hostel. The owner really want his hosts to have a good time. He does an extra mile to make great breakfast. The place is super chilled and attracts nice people. Frijolito the god is the super cute and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making my stay so great. I've been travelling for 2 months now and staying in your hostel was one of the best so far! :)

I would 100% recommend this hostel. The hostel owner was very knowledgeable about the city and extremely welcoming. Getting a chance to spend with his mom was also a very good touch. Specially because she is a very good cook! 🙂

Super friendly host, tiny hostel so you'll definitely get to know the other guests! Only one bathroom leads to a wait occasionally, but not bad. Breakfast was incredible, the location right inside the wall makes the city easy to explore, and bus stops are close by for getting further out. Super cute dog and tiny kitten, this hostel definitely feels more like a homestay! Would highly recommend

Nice little place. Good breakfast. Although it was very small and not really any place to hang out. Wifi not the best.

Alert for an untrained dog n owner thinks it's ok for it to jump all over you, and refused to keep it on the leash. Nasty! Whenever you come out of the bedroom, the dog jumps on you. You cannot use kitchen or toilet in peace. S***s anywhere so watch where you walk. Rooms are tiny for the number of beds. There isn't enuf room to put everyone's bags on the floor without tripping over other persons stuff. 10 beds share 1 shower and 1 toilet. The water clogs in the shower, and there is no hot water.

We have very little positive to say about this hostel. It is just a small house where the owner lives with his elderly mother, with one room converted into a dorm. The dorm has no windows (boarded shut) , lacked any lights for half the room, and is filthy. Plaster fell from the walls all night onto the beds and the owner left dirty sheets piled in the room. Also, he didn't make our beds until 9 pm. The shower had a hairball in the drain that looked 2 weeks old, and the sink was just as filthy...
