Brilliant place to stay where you can have a lovely breakfast and dinner for a small price. A really good location outside of Venice close to the bus stop in Mestre to get into Venice. I recommend using the bikes they provide.

I traveled to Venice with two friends. Our stay at Rainbow Garden was excellent. The people were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the environment was so peaceful. It was the perfect place to stay for a few days after lots of traveling. There are convenient methods to get to the city, or you can simply pass the time at the hostel enjoying the pool and the peace of the Italian countryside. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Venice.

Our stay at the rainbow Ecofarm was very pleasant. We met a lot of wonderful people, as one does in hostels, and really enjoyed the environment. The host and his family were great, and water etc were available quite cheaply. Heads up, it’s about a 20 minute brisk walk to the bus stop/shops. There is a grocery that is very good though, and it is a very pleasant walk. For the price we paid, it was a remarkable value. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice

Loved it here! Was a bit far from Venice but you can get lifts from them if you ask. The atmosphere is lush and there’s a pool and hot tub too. We loved it here!

The camping/hostel is a bit far away but Maurizio does everything he can to help you out. In the mornings he always goes to mestre center so you can get a ride easily. Bus to venezia stops 15 min away walking. The atmosphere is the main reason you should go there. In the nights you can have a lot of fun with other guests, such a nice environment. Try to avoid weekends since lots of families with kids go to the camping because of the pool.

You get what you pay for. This is located near Mestre and require public transport to arrive at the location unless you arrive by car. Host was kind enough to pick up from the bus stop at a reasonable price and drop back to airport. Recommend this place for nature lovers and value for money.

The caravan that I was in was cold, uncomfortable and it was not suitable for me because I have allergy for bed bugs. The staff was very nice and showed me around. There is a pool and a kitchen but there was only cold water since I was living on outside. The location is bad , since busses/trains are uncomfortable and are sporadic. My experience was unique because other caravans seemed better. And there is an option to get a room for a bigger price. you can put your tent also for10 euro outside.

I thought I booked a room and was given a tent. This happened to other guests as well. It seems they overbook their property and then will give you a tent. No place to lock your stuff up in a tent and the bathrooms are what you would expect for a camp ground. I met some cool people there. However, also some sketchy people lingering around. It is a bit outside of the city. Overall, I made the best of it and I enjoyed tent camping. However, just wasn’t what I paid for or thought I was getting. The lady who runs the kitchen/ bar is super sweet and the manager/ (owner?) will try and give you a free ride into the local town (not Venice).

Things have been stolen before and I was worried about leaving my suitcase in the tent. It’s almost an hour away by bus and 1.3 km walk from Venice but the “free bikes” were not available first night. Only one person speaks English and I was helped more by other guests than staff who were never to be found and claimed to be “too busy and stressed” to deal with us. Tents were clean but toilets had spider webs, and translucent windows which made me uncomfortable. Pool was out of order.
