We were met at our taxi and guided through the confusing streets and given tea upon arrival. Without any extra charge, the lovely staff organised a place for us to have dinner (it was a Friday so not much was open, and we wouldn't have found this great place without them!), they took us to and from the restaurant and set us up with a tour guide for the next morning. Really appreciated all the help and felt very looked after.

It was one of best experiences we had, one of amazing hostile, great location, very friendly, you feel home, and they are welcoming people all of them, it's a family house, so everyone feel home there. Hassan was great helpful and the lady was great she always asked us if we want tea or coffee. Thanks everyone

Wonderful atmosphere in a lovely old Riad, the staff are so incredibly helpful! We are two female travellers and the Fez Médina was a difficult place to make sense of at first, so the staff were such a wonderful resource - physically walking us most places that we wanted to go! The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop is really cool - it has a very authentic view. Absolutely make sure to call Hassan upon arrival before entering the Médina so you can find the Riad! Superb accommodation!

Riad Mikou is extremely clean! The staff is very attentive and makes sure you have breakfast at a time convenient for you, and they are always ready to show you how to get around the labyrinth-like Medina. I arrived very late and I was grateful for Hassan for meeting me at the Medina entrance after 1 am to show me the way. I would definitely recommend this place

Extremely helpful staff. Always made sure when going out for a meal that I was escorted there and back so as not to get lost in the maze of the Medina surrounding it.

Delicious free breakfast, really helpful staff, as for the location the hotel is in the Medina which means that is hard to find it, go out and come back in the night. The staff always helped guiding us!

The owners are lovely and will do anything they can to help out. The view from the terrace was spectacular and it was the best breakfast I’ve had in Morocco! But the location isn’t great. Not much of a hostel vibe, just a small guest house really so don’t book here if you want to meet peopLe. The hostel offered some tours/guides but they were a little more expensive then what others had offered.

This riad is a tourist trap. Restaurant recommendations provided charge 4 times for meals compared to others, upto 25 Euros. Make you feel the Medina is a dangerous place, pressure to get a guide. We only wanted to see the tanneries, university, and blue gate. The guide took us to arts and crafts demonstrations where we were expected to buy items for a large markup. 50 Euro for 2 guides. Organized a tour to the desert (2 d, 1 n), for 130 Euros. You can find 3 d, 2 n tour for 95 Euros elsewhere.
