Amazing hostel, great vibes and great breakfast - the roof top is the place to be. But the main attraction is Ahmed... He is one crazy guy but the BEST.

I stayed at Verus for a few nights, and honestly, it doesn't get any better :) Ahmed and the rest of the team work day and night to make every guest's stay seamless and the best it could be. From the delicious breakfast, to having chats about the history of the city, or ordering a 3am taxi to the airport, they'll get it all done. If there's anyone in Fez that know the Medina and want you to feel like you're at home, it's them. I loved getting to know the guys, I'll definitely be back someday!

Best riad during my time in Morocco. Only stayed a night but will def come back. The decor is intricate and the atmosphere is real chill - Lots of colour and cushions PLUS a two level rooftop terrace to kick back in. The beds are comfy AF, even in the dorms. Staff are hilarious. Don't be a gronk and they'll bend over backwards to help you out. Ahmed, Yusuf and Mo should have their own comedy special on Netflix. Just keep in mind there is a curfue between 12:00am and 8:30am.

Hands down the most beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location - on the edge of the medina but with access to locations outside easily. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They also helped to organise extremely interesting and authentic experiences (such as a traditional hammam) as well as organising me a taxi from the airport at 1am after the driver I had booked didn’t show up! Lovely communal areas for meeting other travellers and relaxing and great free breakfast!

(+) Among all my stays this Riad is the most beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. Staff are kind and really helpful. Beds are clean in general. (-) I had to move to different rooms due to booking problems, and the bed I had on last day had bed bugs. Got bitten everywhere. :/ Don’t recommend the hammam they arrange me to. It costed 25€ but the place was very local and crowded and the service wasn’t great. Was a cool experience tho.
