The best hotel we stayed in during my fortnight stay in Jordan, no question. Phenomenal dinner every night, cool rooms, comfortable beds, clean en suite, lovely helpful staff, and the best view in Wadi Musa, all for a fraction of the price of apparently "better" hotels. Phenomenal.

Very proper nice hostel, beautiful views (if you get lucky and get a room facing the terasse) and very lovely stuff. The equipment is a bit old but everything is clean and the upper floor common spaces have a real soaking-in-bedouin atmosphere and dekorum!

Worth staying here for the view from the balcony alone - great sunsets. Breakfast is very basic & average but buffet dinners (when they put them on) are great. Don't bother with the lunchboxes. Rooms are good but insist on one with a window, my internal room was dark and stuffy. Good location for Petra, 15-20 minute walk, although the hotel lays on a free shuttle. Great mix of interesting and friendly people staying here.

My partner and I booked a double room over a month in advance. When we arrived, we were put into a twin room with a shrug and told the hotel was at capacity. We stay in hostels a lot, and if we wanted to stay in separate twin beds we would have happily booked a dorm room for half the price. No apologies or alternatives were provided to us. When I got in the shower, there was a contact lens stuck to the wall, so there’s no way the shower was even wiped down between guests.

Staff were incredibly rude, when we arrived we explained that we would need to leave a day earlier and we were told to leave the property immediately. Once we reasoned with the staff we were allowed to stay and our request to leave early was denied. Wifi only worked in the foyer and was very slow.
