My partner and I booked a double room with a private ensuite and it was absolutely lovely, clean, and well designed. My partner's airline lost his suitcase on our way to Madrid and the front desk gave us wonderful recommendations for clothes shopping. The neighborhood is close to many historical landmarks, and good restaurants. Amazing experience in a spunky hostel with great energy!

Place was in a fun neighborhood, Chueca, and the atmosphere as you walk in is incredible. Friendly staff, cool and fun dining and bar area, and great service. Room was nice too, very clean and relaxing with the AC. Only stayed one night but wish my friend and so stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to adventure a little bit outside of central Madrid, while still being an easy walking distance from main attractions.

Overall, we had an incredible time at this hostel! Tania was great and incredibly helpful with everything from getting into our room, recommending places to go and answering all of our questions. The location was great and we could walk almost anywhere or hop on a subway and get to where we needed. Only negative points were that the elevator was slightly annoying to use, the curtains were not secured properly into the ceiling. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Staff weren’t super interested in helping with any enquires and there was no atmosphere, but the rooms were great and the location is wonderful too. (Don’t order the Pollo pizza from the restaurant though- got awful food poisoning)

I think the place is really cool, well decorated, rooms are clean with space. But I was expecting more space to meet other travelers such as a kitchen or a bar. Also even if the staff is really really nice I think therr is not that much value added to stay in the hostel than to rent a Airbnb. PS : I rent a room with double bed but insted I had twins beds I know a lot of hostel do that but it made my night really incorfortable.

It has lately deteriorated due their eagerness to make more money. They converted the top kitchen/ common room into a dorm and the breakfast price has gone up. They still use plastic cutlery :( There use to be free liquid soap in the shower and you used to get a free towel. You now have to pay for your towel unless you stay for more than one day. You now also have to pay for the left luggage facilities, it used to be free of charge. I’ve been staying here whenever I’m in Madrid, time to change
