    Superb

Couldn't be happier. Amazing value, secure key pad, free toast and cereal for breakfast, bathrooms cleaned daily, this place was excellent. Nice communal area, but it's downstairs so it never gets too loud. Right in Clark Quay, next to Chinatown and walking distance from many bus and metro stops. This location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even sell discounted tickets to the night safari, museums, zoos, Marina Bay Sands, and a ton of other attractions. Best value ever

    Fabulous

Quite a very good budget accommodation even for just overnight especially for backpackers who want to stay at a location that is very near the area of Clarke Quay, Marina Bay and Esplanade Area (all walkable distance). Facilities are fairly basic, room is small but enough to have a good night sleep since I'm paying a fairly budget price. Overall recommended.

The key advantage for this hostel is definitely location. Atmosphere is pretty good too. It could be cleaner but it was by no means dirty enough to dissuade me from staying here again. Would book again.

Nice staff and great location. It seemed like people were living in the hostel which was very offputting. Also people were clearly smoking inside the rooms which needs to be controlled. Lockers also in the hallways and very small. I would much prefer a bigger locker located in a more accessible location.

    Very Good

This hostel is not indicated for amateur backpackers. The rooms are too small and you barely don’t have space for your luggage. Also beds are not that good. The place is very noisy in the early morning, full of constructions around. There’s no atmosphere for meeting people either. The location is pretty good though! I did everything by walking. Would recommend for one or two nights, spending the day visiting touristic places and going there just for sleep.

It's really just a place to sleep. The mattresses and sheets were very clean. Otherwise, the hospitality and especially sense of community do not exist. There are very few outlets in the room, especially if you are on the top bunk. The top bunks also have no privacy The terrace is not used at all, just some scattered plastic chairs so there is no real space to chill except your bed. There is no hospitality like a tour or elements that make you feel welcomed or at home. The breakfast is garbage.

Private room was only junkie double almost on floor nothing else in room but two plugs and a light. No seat or place to put gear only two hangers on door. Two small towels included one rubbish bin. Aircon broken no thermo either 22 or off need to keep window open to keep from freezing. Keep deposit $10.00 only one per room no room label on it. S Inn name NOT on Singapore registration immigration no at airport kiosk for airporter. Nice transfer staff rang to find out old name which used.

Worst experience ever. Large bed bug on my bed upon arrive and they refused to give me a refund even though I showed them pictures and videos of the bed bug in my room and I stayed in a hotel across the street because I did not want to sleep in a bed infested room(and showed a receipt I stayed elsewhere. The lady working the front desk then said she had no way of knowing if I was the one to put the bed bug there..... absolutely absurd move lady. I hope your hostel suffers business.

We chose this location off of the stellar reviews. The rooms smelled really bad. Fortunately we brought our own soap with us, the soap provided in the shower and bathroom area on the third floor is literally pet soap (it even reads as such on the side of the bottle, not for use on children or people). I used it once prior to knowing it was pet soap after I used the restroom bc I didn't want to dig through my bag for my own soap and the soap tore my skin up. No 24 hour reception. Staff was good
