Decent yet basic hostel. Coming from Petra on foot, it seems to be a little shorter hike uphill than some other downtown hostels. Didn’t have any problems with hot water, wifi was a bit patchy and working mainly in the lobby.

The place was good enough to spend the night. Well located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hostel has an amazing panoramic view where you can just chill there and look at the sunset. I totally recommend it.

The hostel is really nice in terms of quality/price relation. The location is good, you can go by walk to Petra and there are a few places to eat around and try Jordanian food. The staff is nice and helpful and the conditions of the room are also cool. A recommendation that I give to the hostel is to promote some activities in the rooftop to help travelers to share experiences, because they have a really good rooftop.

The place was fine, as the previous reviews said, pretty much no security, but it was alright. The beds were comfy and we slept just fine for one night after a visit to Petra.

At the moment the whole ground level is being renovated. Napping during the day was hard with the noise of the drill We got back from Petra, all sweaty and dirty, and our water wasn’t working. So no shower Again the next day the water wasn’t working in our room only. The staff gave us access to the room next door. The toilet wasn’t secured to the ground and the whole thing tipped over when I stood up! No AC or fan in our room Breakfast wasn’t the best Staff all good though

The standard is terribly low, it is simply filthy. The crew is very kind and helpful though.

It's a very dirty place. Seems like the showers and toilets never get properly cleaned. No fun to stay there...

I booked a dorm room. I was taken to a private room and told it would be better for me. Due to language barrier I didn't understand why and they didnt take me to see the dorm rooms so I stayed as it became too difficult to communicate the problem. The sheets were not clean so I needed to request new ones. The bed was broken and slanting to the side. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet lid/seat was broken and the toilet did not flush. The shower had scolding hot or cold water only.
