Fantastic hostel - excellent 24 hour staffing, clean and modern bathrooms with heaps of toilets and showers, decent breakfast from early in the morning, neat and comfortable dorm rooms. Location also really good - within walking distance or brief Metro trip to Akihabara, Asakusa, and Kappabashi. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Really nice hostel, more like a nice hotel than a hostel in my opinion. Facilities were excellent, beds were really comfortable, large lockers and lots of space to put belongings. Security was good with key cards required for dorm areas. Breakfast was also very good. Short walk from the JR and subway lines, quite a good central location for exploring Tokyo. Staff were polite and helpful. Whole hostel was spotlessly clean.

The staff was as friendly as could be! Also for the price, this is the most modern type facilities one can get in Tokyo! The bed is big, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the staff is 10/10

Great place, great privacy in the bunks, and incredibly clean facilities. Not a place for socializing.

Good value, walking distance from Ueno station. Showers were super clean and they had shampoo, soap, etc. but they were down in the basement which was a bit of a hike from the 6th floor with all my bathroom junk in tow

Friendly staff, very accomodating due to typhoon. You can store your luggage in tbe lobby and grab hot water/tea at any time. The downsides are that there's only one elevator which can be very slow and the beds get hot since there's no ventillation in the cube. The showers are in the basement while every floor has it's own washrooms. The lockers are very big and fit our lugagge.

The room that we were staying at was badly ventilate, so the bed was quite hot and I and my friend were unable to sleep, otherwise we had no issues.

Ok so I got a mixed feeling here. Pros: The showers were great. Toilets were the typical sophisticated Japanese toilets. They also have coin laundry so that's great. Cons: The bunk beds or pods were so hot at least in mine. I had to go sleeping with my shirt taken off and it was still hot. You have to use only 1 tiny elevator for a 6 floor building. When it's peak hours you have to queue. Same goes with the showers. In the morning the room smells like toilet because there's no door in between.
