Safestay was the perfect place to be! The staff were lovely, super helpful and patient. The location was walking distance from every where Would definitely go back! Only thing that could’ve been better is the availability of more ladders in the dorms to reach the top bunk

Safestay was great! The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the house is beautiful. The showers are a bit tricky as multiple are closed due to renovations. Great atmosphere for socializing and meeting new people!

All the staff is very nice and helpful! The house is very old and nice but some workings should be done. On my floor only 2 of 5 showers were working and on other floors the same. Its a pitty actualy, it could be much nicer there if the owner would care about it.

Cleanliness and customer service was excellent. The lack of Appropriate bag storage was disappointing however and the “bar” was not up to basic standards unfortunately. Also, there was only 2 showers available in the whole hostel which is ridiculous!!

The rooms were very clean and better than expected, although it was a nightmare trying to get down from the top bunk as the ladder was tiny! However, there was only 3 showers available for everyone in the hostel as 3 were being fixed on the second level and none were working on the top, this just meant it required some waiting.

The place is in good location, close to Barrio Alto and not far from the city center. There are some flaws. The breakfast is very simple and scarce. Some of the staff members weren't so inviting. But overall the stay was fine.

Frustrating. Staff did not seem to know what was going on. We were meeting a HUGE bus tour and I later heard everyone was unhappy with our stay.
