One the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, the common spaces and rooms are kept very clean, there is a beautiful terrace, garden, and dining patio. It’s a short walk to central Lisbon and barrio alto. A must stay! I will be back. :-)

The stay was great, my only flaw was the bunk bed was very hard to get into as there was no ladder and they were very high up. Also the showers were under repair which the team apologised for but it Meant waiting quite often.

The hostel has a cool common area and terrace to chill, the happy hour is great and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately some of the showers were being remodeled, so the waiting time was quite long. Also there is only one stove in the kitchen which also leads to a longer waiting time. The beds in my 4-bed-dorm were very shaky and loud. Getting to the top bunk was almost impossible because there was only a tiny ladder (width 10cm, not kidding) next to the wall. The view was great though.

A great hostel with good facilities and awesome atmosphere, made many friends here and staff were friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. However the window in our room didn’t face the outside of the building but with a fan the heat was ok, but one time a staff member asked if he could take our fan for 30 minutes and then bring it back. However he did not and Long story short we went two nights without the fan which was very uncomfortable. Big walk up the hill to get here and a cute terrace.

Great vibe and super nice staff. The common area is lively and nice for a barbecue, to drink and spend a nice evening. There is just one shower in the first floor, that is not enough, and the bunk beds are super noisy: when the person above moves, everything moves. Breakfast is 3€ but is low quality.

Currently updating the bathrooms so there are very limited showers but with most people on different schedules when away it's not too bad finding a shower on another floor. There is a bar and common area but it didn't seem to have too much of a vibe when we were there. Staff ar friendly and the hostel is right next to bario alto one of the most popular neighbourhoods go party in.

Was good, receptionist was really nice and helpful and bar was pretty good, just a shame it closed so early at 11 which is a bit of a bummer. One main complaint was the cleaner, she was extremely loud and did not seem to care if you where trying to sleep and would make heaps of noise and talk on the phone extremely loudly which can be extremely annoying when you’ve had a big night and only had a few hours of sleep. Room was pretty decent and location was really good.

The hostel is in central area of the town, which let you walk all around the city easly. Unfortunately, some renovation works to the showers of our floor and this fact has been a little bit annoying considering there were only three showers for all the hostel. Except that, the hostel is nice with a good atmosphere.

Positives Reception staff very helpful Excellent WiFi Happy Hour 6-8 Nice Terrace Area Good location Negatives No beer (ran out) Blocked toilet 1 shower/toilet for 12 people €3 breakfast, reception took payment advising us that breakfast was still available, not much left and kitchen staff were cleaning up, no coffee or sliced bread available. We also encountered a very rude maintenance worker. Who entered our room, spoke on phone, slammed doors and did what he could to wake people.
