Great value for money in the centre of Oslo. Clean and functional. Nice staff. Great breakfast as everyone says. Would stay again. Sometimes the dorm door didn’t lock unless you pressed the lock button on the inside, and sometimes it did, and sometimes it locked by itself if pulled very firmly shut but sometimes it didn’t - so in retrospect it wasn’t always locked which is why only 4/5 for security. On the plus side I could keep my touring bicycle in the enclosed courtyard area.

This is a hostel with a hotel feel and is good value for money. Breakfast buffet is included in the price. Centrally located I would recommend this place. Checkout is at 12 which is a positive. It is three streets away from Karl Johan Gate which is the Main Street in Oslo.

A great hostel overall! At the beginning a few issues with the booking but the staff sorted quickly and were incredibly nice over our stay. Hostel was always clean and the breakfast was amazing! Really central location so it was an easy walk from the train station to get to and close to a lot of sites. The only thing is the beds are very noisy whenever you move even slightly which in a large dorm can make it hard to sleep Would recommend staying here and paying that bit more if you come to Oslo.

    Fabulous

Of the three hostels I stayed at in Oslo, this is by far the nicest, best located and most expensive! Feels much more like a hotel than a hostel. Biggest complaint: there are only two toilets and two showers per floor, which is simply not enough for a hostel of this size! Also, the doors to the showers do not lock. Breakfast is included and is delicious.

Seems to be a mix of a hotel and a hostel. The facilities are nice, cleaned every day, and the place is very professionaly run. The location is right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The free breakfast is incredible, and changes a bit each day so it stays interesting. One issue, however, is that the largest dorm room can only be accessed by going through an outdoor courtyard, which is a bit uncomfortable in bad weather. The door also didn't latch very well. Otherwise very good.

    Fabulous

Perfect location, breakfast actually was AMAZING (huge buffet), and the facilities are super clean and nice. However, like other reviews, this place felt more like a hotel than a hostel and I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers. There’s not a lot of socialization or any events that the hostel puts on for people to meet. More socializing please!
