There really isn't anything to complain about here; there's cheap beer in the lobby, accommodating staff and decent facilities.

This is Edward. From Canada. I was there for 2 nights on March 2019. This is a place that all backpacks want. Exceptional good value and the girl provides breakfast for you in the morning. Receptions are quite knowledgeable for local landmarks. And they can call motor taxi for you if you are needed. Strongly recommend to live in this place and explore city of Saigon!

Really nice hostel and great staff, Pool Table is great too. My only downside was that my locker was broken into and two of us had our wallets stolen and cards used for up to 1000 english :( staff were great took us to the police station but they need to tighten security

Nice cozy hostel, definitely a low key vibe compared to most big hostels around. Staff were nice, some of them not so great at English but they try their best and are kind. Pretty quiet socially, rooms clean and good a/c and showers though. 1 bathroom for 8 beds is a little optimistic sometimes... Good location, not loud but close to all the fun and good food. Would recommend a stay if you're looking for a low key vibe for a few days. Oh and I hope you like stairs if you stay here!!!

I arrived very late and was greeted w/ a warm welcoming! Pretty clean, warm showers, free breakfast, cool little patio on the top floor.

Only stayed one night because we didnt like it. Bit of an awkward atmosphere there. Had bugs in the bathroom which smelled and the ladder to the top bunk was broken so it was a challenge to try and get up and down. Also air con gets turned off at certain times of the day! But the big map on the wall in reception is really useful because it tells you where is good to go!

Too be honest the place is filthy. The staff weren’t overly friendly and there was no atmosphere. I arrived late and was a tad unwell when I arrived so didn't do proper research and just needed to lay down. There are rats in this city but the lane where this hotel and some other are situated seems to be particularly bad. The hostel could generally just be much much better. The place hasn’t been decorated in years and it’s in disrepair really. If I wasn’t so poorly I would have moved out asap.

Awful chain of hostels, first there was a problem with my booking so they over booked and moved me to a different, worse, hostel than the one I’d booked. then one week after leaving they charged me an additional £15 for no reason! called to ask why and they were so unhelpful. avoid.
