Well located hostal, near to the main attractions in London by subway. Around the hostel, there many stores, restaurants where you can find anything you need.

I think what I like most was the friendly atmosphere they have. Young people super friendly and eager to help. I felt very comfortable and was not so confident because it was my first time in a hostel, but I loved the experience. Incredible breakfast The Spanish girl from Alicante wonderful and all very friendly.

Great assistant manager who rectified the broken curtain in the room, and was really friendly. Nice kitchen for preparing food which was well stocked with pots and pans. Good atmosphere and the other guests were very accommodating of myself and my 6year old daughter

I was in a 8 bed female only bedroom that was very small, and crowded bc some people had been there for 6+ weeks & had a lot of stuff. Not every bed had a shelf, light & outlet. No shelf in the shower to put your shampoo on and cabin very small, floor got wet super easily but they clean daily. Good things: the free dinner with sign up (food very basic, but if you want to save money, it's a good option), the hairdrying station, location near Earl's Court tube station, lots of restaurants nearby.

I went to this hostel as a solo female traveler and found that it had a nice atmosphere. The free breakfast and dinner are great at bringing people together. different from most other hostels I've been to the vast majority of people there were not travelers but lived there for a month or two for a job and were somewhat older than your normal hostel-goers. Unfortunately the female dorm smelled badly. The female bathroom was clean, but the mixed bathrooms were often quite dirty.

Place needs renovation! Left luggages are everywhere at the reception so you need to walk around them if not fallen over already! The room I stayed in 8 bedded female was so crammed with beds there was hardly space to walk so if you woke up in the middle of the night to have a pee good luck not to hurt your self before you make it to the loo! Then asked to pay 3% if wanted to use credit card or1% for debit and this was not clearly stated on the net or on the premises! However, staff was lovely.

I was on the 3rd floor, squeaky floor and super squeaky beds! I had a really dirty blanket, they provided a different one at 1am but the psychological damage was already done. According to some of the staff this place has been a Hostel since 1962 so you would think they would have their act together by now. Also alot of long time tenants/travelers so not a good vibe.

Worst hostel experience. The rooms smelt putrid, along with the sheets that were provided. Perhaps air out the rooms or get some air fresheners. The bedding was awful: now I realize you can’t expect much when staying in a hostel however the mattress had a dip in it which made sleep very difficult. Woke up in the morning to find the stench and the excrements of vomit in the hallway.. Checked out two nights early.
