We loved this place so much so that we went back after our Ausangate trek and stayed another 7 nights. It is in a fantastic position overlooking Cusco , an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The staff were all very helpful and were happy to speak English when our attempts at Spanish failed. Lovely breakfast with eggs and fresh juice everyday.

Had a very cosy stay here. The rooms are nice and the bathroom works perfectly. The staff is really friendly and is always around to help. The view is amazing, you can enjoy the sunset on the terrace. The breakfast is decent with bread, Marmelade, eggs, coffee - all you want. I can only recommend staying here.

The view here is everything!! I was so taken back by just sitting on the deck overlooking the city drinking cocoa tea. We stayed here hoping to have a quiet night before a 4 day trek to MachuPichu. It was just as expected. We slept great, room was warm, and shower was hot (had a two bed private room). They stored our bags for us while on the trek which was super convenient to not bring unnecessary gear hiking. Overall, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Some cool cafes and restaurants close by.

Excellent place, very nice view over Cusco. Hot water, good wifi, heating during the night. Helpfull staff. One thing: make sure to compare the tours prices with other companies... Excellente sitio, tranquilo, con una vista impresionante sobre Cusco. Staff muy amable. Una Cosa, sobre las ofertas de tours: asegurense de comprobar los precios con otras companias

Great little hostel. Good location, allows you to get away from the noise while still being only a 10min walk away from the centre.

Great terrace for taking in views across the city. Our double room was clean and spacious and they offered to clean it every day! The breakfast is a standard South American rolls and jam but you could pay extra if you wanted eggs etc. The coffee was good. Free tea and coca all day and they even made us a basic breakfast before our Salkantay trek at 4am! We were the only people on our trek who’d had that treat!

    Fabulous

Pros: nice staff, beautiful views, rooms have character. Options for breakfast, but it is at an extra cost. Cons: rooms small a little stuffy because it's an old building. The charge for anything other than just bread and coffee for breakfast. The hostel is at the top of a very long staircase up a hill. It makes for beautiful views, but it's a pain to get to with your luggage, and I just had a backpack. Overall: I would probably stay here again.

We’ve booked this hostel twice. First for 2 nights, then for one. The staff is very helpful and James the tour guide who is often present in the hostel was really great too! He was very patient and kind with us. Rooms are clean, breakfast quite complete. While we left for Machu Picchu on day 3, they let us store our backpacks for 2 days without charge. I would highly recommend this hostel !
